Oh Rust and smoke. The heaters broke the door just blew away. I light a match to see the dash, and then I started to pray. Hey, the frame bent. The muffler went the radio. it’s OK. Oh what fun it is to drive this rusty Chevrolet. I went to the IGA to get some Christmas cheer I just passed up my left front tire and it’s getting hard to steer.

Popeye relates to Mario because Nintendo was making a Popeye game, but then they lost the rights to Popeye. They decided to make up their own characters. Which ended up being Mario, Pauline, and Donkey Kong.
