Considering Wrestle Kingdom 12 is the only one I've watched in full (started watching around 2017), Alpha vs Omega is my favorite
For me it's Shinsuke Nakamura vs AJ Styles for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 10
It will always be Okada vs Omega for the IWGP Heavyweight Title at WK 11
Omega/Okada was the better match, but I was at WK12 so the matches on that card hold more sentimental value to me, and I think Jericho/Omega ends up edging out Omega/Okada for me because of that.
