If your sister has a work routine for early morning, then you can't convince to do the opposite. Even I am also a morning person. People like school teachers, lawyers, bankers, architects are usually morning larks. While people like IT professionals, Doctors, Defence officials get a chance to work late night. Many of my friends who are working in IT sectors are getting night shifts. We can't convince them to follow morning routine. So at first you need to observe a person's way of perception.
This video made me feel soooo good and changed my perception of "need to change my lifestyle" , this is my story too. I personally feel excellence is not achieved by "work life balance" or "8 hr sleep every day" mantra. For certain goals one needs to work tirelessly, with passion.
That's true but still we should try to work towards health as much as possible. I am suffering from various hormonal diseases i used to stay awake till late. Now I am struggling to sleep early as that is the first thing I need to do to balance my hormones. Some things (health wise) once lost can never be recovered.
@@bandana_rathore please note that I am not at all trying to justify or preach "sleep less" different people may have different requirements which delves into other aspects like nutrition and workout too, this will change at different phases of life and age. As long as you meet your required requirements regardless of when you wake up. That should be ok.

He was fit both physically and mentally. How? As you said baba we shouldn't shoot shit with confidence.
