Paddy looks like he's putting a brave face on, you can see through that, he looks deflated emotionally. Weight cutting definitely won't help, and then binge eating straight after a fight is just adding more fuel to the fire! Depression is hard to deal with and sometimes no matter how many self help books you read and positive thinking clips you watch on RUclips it just won't help. are you kidding, alzl we hear about is raising awareness about mental health, everyone knows what mental health is so what is it we need to know, Tyson Fury doesn't stop telling his story, people with real mental health issues don't tell you about it, if you have mental health issues you wouldn't be training every day, eating the right food, you would struggle to get out of bed, you aren't on TV calling people out

You totally missing the point, Men feel like they cannot open up and talk about there problems, I’m literally the same but the more we get it off our chests the better it feels. Well said, I really struggled after my second tour of Afghanistan, my wife got me to therapy, it's the best thing I have ever done and I hope that other people will reach out and talk, it helps, it really does
I think the idea of just talk to somebody is wrong the emphasis needs to be on being heard and listened to alot of men do reach out are met with nothing. I know I personally struggle alot with nobody to talk to and no access to professional help so I do talk but nobody listens

He also realized that he's on cards with other "Englishmen". That's why he has started saying "my fellow Englishmen". He was happy Spain won because he doesn't like the England football team and that's generally where "Scouse not English" stems from, mainly sport. Granted, I'm not in the game nor a medical doctor. But I think a man's little heart must have continuity. Huge cuts or gains are going to make a man's little engine befuddled.
