Applying to PA this year as a career change (I’m in my 30s). Your channel has been very helpful for this process! Big thanks and keep up the stellar work 👍

What do you think about provisional accreditation programs?

I didn't attend one, but from what I've heard they usually are more by-the-book and will not compromise on anything which can be perceived as harmful to attaining their full accreditation status. Likewise, their courses & clinical sites will all be new. New could mean up-to-date and very polished or it could likely mean many subsequent revisions are needed to get a good product and learn what works.

Kinda sounds like the academic version of marrying somebody out on parole. Lmao.
