    i think that the left one cannot use the nonrectangularity trick because the planes need to touch each other in a way it isnt possible without curving. the only feasible way to make it with 3 planes is if they are all the same plane, in that case that would be the same as a printed picture.

    This is a big lesson for life .Dont judge by the phainomenon wnat is looking yous eyes because its very easy to make a mistake It is also admirable to create such structers????

    This was my favorite illusion when I was a kid, I still draw them occasionally. I had no idea that there were three versions of the triangle, I only knew about the first trick. I'll be thinking of an answer to your question all day.
