Your living room and office look great. The retro games corner is my favorite. It really is much better for all games to be in one environment. Your office looked similar to mine, full of lego, action figures and in my case a shelf full of comics
the troll with the Norwegian flag is super cute. I grew up watching films with trolls as a kid, very Norwegian and went to hunderfossen when I was young
Lovely setup (I have similar game shelves. There's just something so nice about shelves that are the depth of game cases so they feel like they fit unlike with bookshelves where you’d waste so much space) Very inspirational for when I have another job and can afford to finish sorting out my flat. Not enough UK-specific setups on RUclips, it’s usually all Americans with their giant houses lol
Great setup! My current game room/home office has one of those annoying boxes above the stairs, but mine is absolutely massive. Handy to put things on (it has two CRTs on with a DOS PC and Amiga), but I do hate the wasted space below. You have a lot of the same interests as me - retro gaming, Lego, Trek, Harry Potter. All the good nerdy stuff LOL. Anyway, new subscriber. Just found your channel randomly while doing research for a Dreamcast video.
This was an interesting watch. Glad it all went relatively smoothly 😊 I have family friends who loved to Nottingham from London. The area is really nice and the main centre is clean and had so much going on too! Your homes had offices in them. It’s not my business but do you both get to work at home all the time. Or do you have to commute? It’s a lovely place to live I’d love not having to leave it for working so I just wondered lol. Hope the new place brings new adventures and fun! As for video suggestions It’d be cool to see what gaming stores are around Nottingham :-)
Very nice setup can I ask you please your tv unit stand in your front room where can that be purchased from please and again very nice setup you guys have got.
I'm about to move my collection (2000+ games) fairly soon, any advice or suggestions on how to move games safely? I have lots of big box collectors editions and my biggest fear is something getting damaged in transit. :(
Lots to move! Probably the obviously, sturdy boxes and lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts, keep things fairly loose so there's room for movement/impact. I liked a lot of boxes with bubble wrap and paper. Good luck!
Looks like a great new place. Can't wait till you're back on track uploading regular videos. ❤😊
Hopefully very soon!

You are one of my new favorite channels I've discovered this year. Gaming is no longer primarily a male hobby and that's a good thing. ❤️
Love it seeing your new offices and rooms.
🥰
I’m going to Nottingham on Thursday to see my friend, if I see you I will come say hi x
Well done with the move! Some great retro shops around Nottingham and the Midlands 😌 🎉
Absolutely Beautiful 😍 Great job setting up everything.
Thank you! 🥰
Holy shit! The living room looks amazing! And the cozy office is so cute!
Awesome Moving Vid Lydia, retro is endless always a new find on the horizon. 💯💫🙌
Exactly! Can't wait to get back out and hunt for some new games 😍
amazing to see the progress - happy gaming

Yeah there's too many channels that are 5 huge bedrooms and a massive basement converted to a mini cinema 😂
Looks Great and glad to see you both settled in ok 😊
Thank you!

I feel that with wasted space! If it wasn't a rental I'd probably try to do something with it 🤣 thanks for the sub!
Good luck in your new place! Hope you'll have time to upload more videos later this year 🎮
That's the plan 😊
@@Lydgendary Thanks for the update! Good luck to you both in your new pad. And your new haircut is ace!
@@tyo101 thank you!

I had to send most of my collection abroad to UAE because I had a buyer, now that's complicated especially in cargo
Hi new fan of your channel here I also started my own channel Retro Head looking forward to watching your videos!

Thanks! This one was from IKEA, I don't remember the name unfortunately but I think it's a pretty common one 😊
I feel you only just moved last time lol but love the videos.
Haha I guess 1.5 year in the past place was not really that long in the grand scheme of things! Hopefully this one will be longer 😊

Cool video
Subbed 👍
Your other half being a Spurs fan was clearly a highlight of the video 😉
That makes one person, he'll be pleased 🤣

Your office needs some more Star Trek love.
I agree!
Saw you did a video in my ends (somerset) and when I saw this title I was ready to write a 9 page essay on why to NOT live here!
Probably Street? I did enjoy my time in Wiltshire but I'm happy to move on. So much more happening in the Midlands!
Anywhere’s better than the countryside! No jobs, nothing to do, and everyones very close minded
@@heart_of_a_daedra3649 yeah for sure, Wiltshire wasn't too bad and lots of pretty scenery!
Some bird discovers packing boxes. Extra extra!
