Richard, it's worth noting that they've had that hub cap color issue before on a standard release before (A 737-700 in canyon blue). There was a picture showing the grey hubcap like here, and the sample you received had a grey hubcap, but the rest of that model's production had the correct red ones. So it may just be that again.
I personally do not see much benefit from this. This may be useful for those who are on a tight budget, but even those who may not have enough to spend, will probably still choose the regular version over the LITE simply because of the added detail. If the sales will agree with my hypothesis, we will see. To me this is just more production time and space taken up by a whole new lineup of diecast models, which hardcore collectors will probably never touch. I know for me, the whole reason I got into 1:400 in the first place was becasue of the added aerials and decals. I know it was more expensive than 1:500 but for me detail was/is more important that saving 5-10 bucks for a small model. That is my 2 cents. Curious what the majority think about the LITE variants.

Agreed
the difference is stark
it's a different model definitely. The only thing in common if at all is the diecast.
No different to collecting models from the 2000s pretty much
a $10 difference isn’t worth it lol
premium version is much more worth it
