Hi.Zain...Do you know why my first lystr upload status is saying Failed? When I look at the error message (on some of the 250 Asins) it says 'Error, before you list this item we need some additional information to create a sellers account'. Thankyou.

Great video and very helpful, but Just a heads up Zain, you need to make sure you are checking your editing when blocking your details, i know where you live your address (63 Newcy on Tyne) your phone number (ending 744) and even what appears to be a password, plain as day. just delete this comment and sort it out, if saw it anyone can, and im not looking to steal details. Hi Zain Shah, great idea thank you. However the video is a little misleading. Reason being is with 250 products and signing up to to lystr for people then to find out they can only list 10 items a month. Not at any point in the video did you point this out and I’m not sure people would pick up on this as you were saying how you were using a new account that has only been trading for 6 months, appearing that you have listed 250 products from lystr from the very start. You can list the full 250 although your rbay account may be flagged if you do it all at once. Its best to do 1-5 listings a day and you will be fine. Plus he did mention this at the start briefly so he did not mislead anyone

Hi Zain, Thanks for the video. I registered with Dilato from your link btw. I want to ask you one thing, as I have had my ebay account for many years and had over 200 positive feedbacks, I converted it to business account few days ago, and started with 650 listings (I purchased 500 on my 1000 listing membership) and got nearly 850 for some reason. One thing that striked me today was the negative balance on my ebay account, they charged me 36p per listing upfront. Is that normal? I have -£235 balance. When is that going to be deducted from my bank account? How does that work?
Also within 24hrs from listing the items, I had one sale today for £10.99 so that amount was deducted from the negative balance. It is also showing an information on my ebay account that my payments will be hold on for 14 days as they want to check whether customers will be happy with the orders etc. I didn't expect a delay on the payments from the start. What if I would sell items for £1000 and I don't have cash for it? Worth mentioning the above for future reference.
@@justahair8765 well I have the 1000 free listings, but unfortunately it doesn't work with uploaded list of listings from dilato. I created 1 listing myself and boom, 999 free listings left. So I'd need to create them all manually rather then uploading the whole lot.

How you handle Amazon Business Prime account banned? I already got email from Amazon that they are suspecting I am abusing Amazon Business Prime!!! Plz reply
I don't suggest using price account, to avoid ban use normal account. You can install helium 10 chrome extension which let you see if seller is FBM seller or FBA seller. FBM sellers don't use Amazon packing so I only pick there products and use them as supplier so you never had any issue with customer complaining about Amazon packing as well.

What about tracking as eBay doesn't allow dropshipping unless you ship it by your self they don't accept Amazon tracking like fba Seller
1: You can say you use amazon for eBay fulfilment as well, many sellers do.
2: send as gift, life time of ordering from amazon I never received invoice in stuff which I buy.
3: Open case with amazon seller, send label to your buyer, buyer will return the item, amazon seller will refund you and you can refund your Ebay customer.
4:I prefer only using FBM seller who don't use amazon as fulfilment and ship stuff using rm etc, I can use that tracking number, you can filter that with h10 chrome ext.
5: Drop-shipping and RA business model which have their flaws, at the same time you're not investing anything upfront, best way is buy in bulk from china and stock products yourself which does cost £££ to start. so either you start with low investment and deal with these flaws or just buy in bulk, You can't have both.

A lot of of sellers who sell on eBay and Amazon use Amazon as fulfilment, as long as customer get their item they don’t mind, it’s common.

After listing on ebay from amazon . Ebay ask for invoice or company name and ebay locked the account.
good video, couple questions if you can help... How long have you been involved in this dropshipping method? Did you have an existing ebay store with high volume of sales+reviews? I've heard ebay can close your account if you suddenly list hundreds of items at once on a new account
in new account I will say stick to whatever limit your new account have.

You won\t find one work with every site, there are different API for everyone, most software are designed for major platforms only which work with 1 or 2

The only issue is Ebay putting your funds on hold so if you sell 250 items straight away for instance you will need to front that cost and wait to be payed from Ebay
It’s only for couple of days, with funds on hold you still should have some funds to process order it’s just first bit and after cash flow starts
just started dropshipping with a $1k budget and blew thru the entire budget in one week. my funds are all on hold for another week. did my own product research tho.

@@LouieTattooie i got lucky and found an item with like a 55% profit margin so around $20 an item that sold like 6 in one day. but excluding that i’ve been profiting around $8-$30 a day. not bad considering it’s only been a week since i started. $232 total profit btw. i’m just trying to get more consistent instead of having one item make all the money one week and then stop selling.
when i am uploading excel sheet from ebay to lystr for active status its asking for 47 column sheet and saying your sheet is having only 27 column. how to fix it? thanks

it's grey area you get away as long you get away, you can deliver yourself this way you will not have to worry about amazon branded packing issues.

Start with according to your eBay account limits
What tracking numbers do you add once item sold? Assuming you buy it as FBA
why are you showing such an old business method that ebay hate and will shut you down for? I did this for over 7 years across 6 ebay accounts and every account gets shut down finally (API connected software or not) . All that happens is you get VAT registered very fast, pay lots of fees and make very little. A few months ago you personally highly discouraged your viewers to do - purely for those reasons? please explain!?
Every business model is going to have Pros and Cons like every.
**DropShipping**: You have low upfront cost, easy to start and definitely you can make full-time income out of it like £4k £5k a month and i see people doing it, if this is what you’re happy with, by all means go for it.
**Cons**: You will have stock issues with Supplier might run out stock, Some supplier might include invoices or branded packing there is high competition. You have non stop discussion about what allowed and what’s not, it’s never ending.
**Retail arbitrage:** Same thing to be honest even now days you can make decent money i have know people making like £4k £5k a month for real.
**Cons**: Sometimes, you can’t order from website because they might include thier invoices and packing so you have to pick it up. Item might run out of stock all that.
**WholeSale**: You buy the things from china in bulk, you know the stock levels and quality and also you have higher profit margins, it can be scaled you can outsource fulfilment etc.
**Cons:** You Need to have higher investment, be willing to take the risk that products might sell and you end up filling room with useless products which no-one wants to buy.
**At the end What is conclusion ?**
You can’t have everything perfect and yes to some degree there are solutions for all these cons in all 3 business models which will require you either spend extra time or money. For example if you don’t have money to invest to buy in bulk, just pick what sells from local market physically and pack and ship yourself and be okay with it as you trading time or else buy in bulk from china so you don’t have to go every-time and be worried about stock. You can’t have both.
My point is always do what you can to get started and just find your own way, If you just get stuck in never ending discussion of what’s allowed or not, and listen to those people they will find issue in angels too.
Just to add that this works with established ebay accounts where ebay allows you to list 250+ items. For new accounts your lucky if you can list 10 items so you would have to know how to do product research to pick out 10 from the 250 gold asins.
you just list 10 which you think might have higher chance to sell and 10 which have more sales on amazon, you can check sales in h10 chrome ext

When the clients receive the parcel from amazon with amazon packaging won’t be happy, we can’t just put their adress on amazon ! How can we get around this ? Selecting it as a gift option still send the parcel in an Amazon packaging
That's why I use amazon fbm seller who use own packing you can filter that using h10 extension which is free

@@hizainshah Sorry if I overreacted a little, I guess most non-API are done the same way. I'm not bothered with this method as I reckon Ebay know who is a dropshipper, as there are many ways to be identified. Ebay just want reliable sellers, rather than non-dropshippers.

No you don’t it’s just option there. Actually eBay managed payment also charge fee for transfer which is similar to PayPal
So, if the price changes in Amazon and we are not aware of it then it will not change in Lystr auto and change the selling price in eBay to make up the profit Markup of 15%?
This needs to be done as I shown price and stock updates, it's non api software so new file needs to be updated.

This is not a flaw eBay will ban you it is against there policy you will spend many months trying to get your account back .It is not worth it
my query is in regards to amazon. i have been doing well on ebay dropshipping from amazon. £500 in sales every single day minimum. I'm worried about my amazon buying account being banned as with this amount of order surely this is going to get flagged by amazon... also i sell on amazon as well so if my buying account is banned this could lead to selling account banned meaning both side hustles i enjoy and love doing to make money gone in one strike
Amazon love their buyer. If the band account you can just go ahead and open another one, so that won’t be a issue …Only the selling account is a problem are you can always open another account to buy the items from Amazon
@@hizainshah I got banned yesterday, my selling account is now still active but buying account permanently shut down. So I no longer sell on eBay. I will be trying to drop ship from other retailers later. Still coping from this big loss.. I do not in any way shape or form want to risk losing my seller account as this is my better platform. I am worried I may lose this because of this

it is tricky business model, well if it's make money which it does, so people do it as long it works
if people are receiving amazon packages from an ebay buy surely they are going to look on amazon and see its cheaper when it comes and put negative review?
To deal with this problem, I suggest only dealing with Amazon FBM sellers, you can normally download helium10 chrome extension and you can find out if the seller is Amazon Fba Seller or Amazon FBA Seller. The seller who to Tyrone, packing and shipping, they don’t have a branded Amazon packing

You need to have prime
prime or use the free shipping from amazon that takes longer, make sure you put the right shipping time to your ebay account settings

Can you elaborate what the profit mark up means. Is it if your profit earning is higher than 15 pounds then you need to increase it?
The profit mark up is the amount of money you are making per item so if you set it to 15% then your profit will be 15% on each item

you can do with no shop but if you have over 70 listing, you pay listing fee for listing, having shop will be cheaper.
