Don't confuse patience with not getting results. Patience is important but it's also important to know when to pivot. Following your idea blindly is also not a good idea.
There it is from 2:56 - 3:56 This is what i waited so long for to bridge in the gap. Now i get it. When gary talked about being patient, ive always wondered, patient for what? In his youth 22-32 he was patient and didn’t buy things in order to save up and one day invest into something that would multiply his savings. I get it.
@@damanwithdamoney I know this is a year old, off-hand comment, and I take ZERO investment in this so don't think im comin off attackin ya here. But I worked for my pops for 4 1/2 years, I did A LOT more at that job than I was paid for, and ended up leaving because he wouldnt give me the responsibility I so longed for because he doesn't trust my opinion over his. I come from a Hungarian background and my pops is a good dude, raised on a farm..... and he don't give me SHIT. Like, dont get me wrong, he'd always hold it down for me, I know that. Patience, persistence, consistency. Your dream isn’t going to happen overnight. It’s going to take work. But man I can say.. it’s worth every challenge, every struggle, every breakdown. So grateful to be on the path of living the life I love and helping others 🙏🏼
I truly is important to be patient. It's ALWAYS about the process. Trusting the process and being patient, while putting in the work is what leads to success. Great video once again Gary!
@garyvee is a freaking legend - He is so right about investing every dollar into your business instead of buying dumb shit. He really changed my perspective and how it's important to being a minimalist to get to the place where you want to get to! I started an Amazon FBA business and invested every single dollar into it instead of partying after my post grad studies.
“Infinite patience brings immediate results.” - A Course in Miracles 🙏 Finding Gary V has virtually saved my life and for the first time in my life, I’m in the mud, but I can finally see the stars. Thank you Gary 🙏 a million times & May every blessing come your way.

Love it! Patience is important for someone like me and I’m sure many others in the comments. I’m pursuing a music career and that takes time to achieve. It takes time to develop my talent and improve my craft. I started 8 months ago, I’ll be going 8 years from now. Good luck to anyone else down here chasing dreams!! You got this. 👍🏻
Every video/post you make is true inspiration, no matter who's watching. People are definitely most happy doing what they want - but it takes time to reach that level of lifestyle!
I'd like to take a moment here to congratulate the camera guys, editors and the post producers. It is because of you guys, because you're doing you're job properly, that we're being motivated and exposed to the truth. Thank you!❤️ Gary vee... You probably get this a lot... I LOVE YOU MAN. ❤️🇮🇳
Patience is most definitely key, being patient landed me a spot on Gary’s Monday to Monday playlist on Spotify and I ended up hitting my first thousand streams since I start creating music🙏🏾 I still need awfully a lot of help growing patience but I have faith, PS: Faith is the name of my song
Garyvee is the most practical person according to me. He is the only speaker who tells us to eat shit drink shit and take shit. When there are so many fake gurus out there, we have Garyvee with his F word screaming out to people that “I am there for you”. Age does not matter. What matters is the long term energy. Thank you Garyvee for everything. You really deserve a lot of comments🙌🏻🙌🏻
I am a graduate student and I don't know how but slow and gradually i am implementing your ideas in my life and I am becoming more and more happier. Thanks Gary.
I used to think having a lot of shoes would bring happiness and make me cool, it was just spending money on empty material stuff, There used to be a time when I had more than fifty pair of shoes, more than one hundred t-shirts. Until I started watching your videos and started saving and investing instead. Thank you so much Gary
Just searched for his first wine show video. He posted it about 12 years ago, and after that he was getting around 1.5k views in every video, some videos even have less than 300 views. Lucky is when you almost get hit by a bus but don’t. Lucky is taking a dollar & winning the lottery. We are fortunate that Gary gives us this information for free & for that I am grateful!
Hey garry , i have only one video in my channel and that is your short speech . You are such a great person . Your words forces me to engage in my straight hustle. Listening to your podcasts and your videos in morning, noon and evening is my habit now. Trying every day to thinking different and changing ways watching after your videos. Nobody will tell these types of advice on a different experience and personal lavel gary. You keep it up .
I just turned 29 and still renting with my wife. Working for a startup for a decent wage and I enjoy what I'm doing because of the potential and the things I'm learning. Some days I have better patience than others. Thank you for your words. Gary, the people of our generation and future generation need you.
Love the fact that I can get so much value from this kind of short format videos and at the same time Gary's words evokes so much passion and love towards the importance of work ethic and enjoying the process that it makes the content entertaining. The climb matters, patience is gold.
Honestly Garry you get me through the day at work! Idk what I would do without your podcast! Listen to you 10-12 hours a day while working, then I get home pumped to do what I love and try and get shit done! One day I hope I get in the phone with you once I’m successful with my hustle. Or even one day get in the phone with you just to talk and get advice would be an absolute blessing. None the less I’m so grateful your a human out here in this world that you actually exist! The level of awareness you give people is unreal . Appreciate all you do! Ps can’t wait to see you own the JETS 🙌🏼
If i ever see Gary sitting at the airport, I would literally cry and would have my mouth open for 1.5 mins, until i go and hug him. I feel lucky to be alive in a world where someone like him exists. Go team Gary!
I would love to meet Gary. My mouth closed and ears wide open. I respect his grind and struggle. He delayed until the time was right . Keep up the great job Gary. Lots of love from Chicago.

Hey Gary Vee! You change my life on the daily! There is always some golden nugget in each video, podcast, and FB or IG. Keep it coming and thank you for validating, this shit is REAL and works!
“The only thing I have is energy for the long term!” - GaryVee I love that statement! That needs to be on my mirror reminding me that lasting and staying in the game for the long term takes patience and is key! “Only play the long term!”
Been following you for a while. It’s awesome all the positivity you pour out. More people need to hear this. Everyone is so worried about impressing their neighbors when that ain’t shit. Gotta keep yourself happy
I’m too busy pursuing my goals; to watch every episode of this great show. The insight GaryVee is giving us is undeniably PRICELESS. I’m so happy that I had time for this one. That being said, Thanks GaryVee; because to me... “The question is, how do you stand out forever?” -GaryVee 👍🏾

Patience is definitely the key! Took me two hears of grind but finally able to quit my 9-5 day job! Also made a channel on how I did that 😍 thanks Gary V
I'm so patient and I see it paying off slowly. I gained 12 subscribers in my first year of YT and now even though I still don't have that many, I'm growing a lot more consistently now. Patience is key.
Yes and I follow you on RUclips. Even though I don't comment on every video just know that we are watching and one day when you finally blow up we will all claim to be there since your first 12 subs.keep it up bro.
Great video. I was just chatting to a friend about this. 3 keys of Time, Energy, Money = TEM. You can do well with 2/3. You're winning with 3/3. People always complain about money. Leverage your time and energy to save money. Patience is a virtue 😎✌️
Hearing this makes me want to live so minimalistic for the next 10 years, just so I have enough cash to make one move that I prepared and waited 10 years for then win. I like that. Okay let’s do this
This is the best advice u can give to 20 30 year olds who really wanna build wealth i mean best and realest as like no other fake youtube gurus! GARY ure the man
Patience is like money, not that we should want to do something purely for the money, since that is wrong. If you don't have a lot of it now, chances are that you're not going to have it for the long term, or even lose more of it. There are many paths to happiness, it's all about competing against ourselves, since everyone is going to have micro successes and failures. It's how we learn from these and move forward.
I’m gonna be honest, I’m not patient, this is absolutely painful for me at 21, but I’m still making the patient decisions that will benefit me in the long run, just know - it’s not easy or natural for me what so ever. But it’s necessary.
I joined the national guard and now I'm signed to a contract that takes me 6 years to finish. Now I have to be patient. And I'll be 25 years old and still young as hell. It's not easy being patient but I get help from other businesses ya know
I've watched a bunch of Gary's videos and I still don't know what I'm doing with my life. It's not easy for me. Damn, I know I'm just starting (22 yo) but I kinda feel lost on things, feeling there is no space for me in this world. On the other hand, sometimes I feel amazing and very pumped to do whatever comes in my mind. I don't know how to explain everything because people don't care about each other tho, but there's my situation. Thanks for everything.
A lot of people quit, expecting that at the start of their business they’ll make something. Growing, life, requires you to stay in the game forever, trial-and-error.
It’s refreshing to hear this. I make 17k and saved over 9k and used the rest on expenses to help launch a business venture. Everyone around me tells me I should spend money on clothes to impress people but I just think about the way I grew up and the way I currently live and I know I want to end the cycle. It’s feels great to know that I’m not crazy
I am Patience because your one of those teaching me to be.. GaryVee. Thats why I am looking forward for my Channel until now. 😊😊positive to be one of the Best youtuber here in the Philippines. Thank you for everything man.. Love yah.. I hope I can My 1k this month.. 😊
The fact the youtube us avaible and to hear these podcasters and speakers for free and gain information is a gift , a luxury that we forget to realize . Wakeup, ise these luxuries for improvment.
No Lie, when I shook your hand in LA at the Vidsummit and asked (my fault the dumbest question) to give me one nugget of wisdom.. you told me patience. LOL pissed me off a little, but WHOA how this was true. Just cause it wasn't what i wanted to hear it was what i needed to hear. Thank you for always cutting out the bullshit. Youre killing the game man. Looking forward to meeting again.
I'm almost 41 and lack of patience is probably my worst character trait! I've kept letting "life crap" stop me from my goals. Always a stupid excuse. For the first time in my life, I've finally come to realize that real rewards come from hard work and persistence; not a quick fix.
“Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.”
*Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet*
Great Line
This made my entire Week , Thank You🔥💪

Everyone around me tells me I should spend money on clothes to impress people but I just think about the way I grew up and the way I currently live and I know I want to end the cycle. It’s feels great to know that I’m not crazy

The fact the youtube us avaible and to hear these podcasters and speakers for free and gain information is a gift , a luxury that we forget to realize . Wakeup, ise these luxuries for improvment.
Patience is key to success
Good stuff! Reinvest back in for the long term. Too much impatience and greed to pull money out and show off or live on a pedestal.
Patience is key!
Some of my friends always say “you are so lucky” and i always reply that I make my own luck and work hard
This video is a hidden gem
So much truth its not always some number in a bank account. We are so fixated on the now and forget the long term
Congrats on 2 million subscribers, let's hustle #GaryVee
I'm almost 41 and lack of patience is probably my worst character trait! I've kept letting "life crap" stop me from my goals. Always a stupid excuse. For the first time in my life, I've finally come to realize that real rewards come from hard work and persistence; not a quick fix.
Daily Patience! Thank you Gary!
