i think that you should always do puchi universe reset first (they get full health) and then use enuma reduction so that when they all spawn back at base with full health they instantly get cut down to 25% of their health, dealing the most damage
You dont need Care about the Hp cuz he removed 25 percent of his health differently from Luffy like the Max health of enemies IS 10t and he hás with 5b health BUT gonna still do 2.5b health so is Very op
