Honestly, I prefer them as friends. I think it'd be nice for once to have a girl and a guy just be close platonic friends instead of always ending in a romantic relationship. That said, it would still be a cute ship but I'd also be happy with them being friends.

I love how Dawn was the one person who stood up for Blake when he needed it. And I understand now why Blake is so protective of Dawn. I think it’s safe to assume everyone wants someone like this in our lives.

*She was chosen to be the Element of Light’s successor because, she was able to turn someone’s dark, depressing life, aka Blake’s sad past into something bright and happy. Dawn ended up being a bright light guiding Blake to the right path where he can live in peace. I love how the lighting shows each situation. Dawn is surrounded by light, because she radiates light around her. Blake is surrounded by darkness until he’s with Dawn, when the scenes of them together when he moves in with her are bright, even in darker areas. Dawn literally lights up his life.

I just assumed they met and that they both liked each other, but I was confused because I didn’t see any romantic connection between them. They just really care about each other.
