We built our 1st 2023 144 that weighed 8300lbs and it did great. It's way better in town because there is not as much turbo lag but highway is TBD.

Can you take the toilet out of the cabinet for evening use, or is it mounted?
You can take it out and use it if wanted. Just unplug it from the van and plug it into the original battery the toilet comes with 😊
Are your vans classified as an RV and have the sticker so you can get RV financing?
Yes we get them financed on RV terms up to 144 through our lender
Ultimately I don't think you can go wrong with either
