INGRIDIENTS:
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp.
Corn flour 2 tbsp.
Milk 1/2 cup (1/4 + 1/4 cup )
Coffee 1 tsp
Milk 2 cups
Chocolate 125g (26 + 26 )g
Butter 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1/3 cup
Biscuits as required
Cream 1/3 cup

The reason your cocoa powder wasnt dissolving was because your liquid was cold. Cocoa powder has this weird property where it just doesnt like cold liquids and doesnt dissolve. ( I mean it can but it takes a lot of effort.) So just heat your milk a little and it will be easier
I also love to add coffee to every chocolate dessert it really beings out the flavor of chocolate!❤️❤️
