I love this instrumental of what I consider a classic. Some instrumental change the song's cording and chorus till the song is unrecognizable. This one stays true to the way the Beatles wrote it only without lyrics. Very relaxing!
@shawnmcculley2995 - Ah but there WILL be a better version someday. It's the version YOU can make only after you stop thinking "There will never be a better version than this". Records (pun intended) are set (in vinyl) for the purpose of being beatlen.
I recall being about 13, (pushing a 1/2 century ago) walking in the neighborhood. This instrumental was playing somewhere. The odd thing was that it seemed to follow me, as though there were speakers all around. Hearing this brings me right back! Thank you to the unknown person playing this that day, in my neighborhood, in 1973.
Absolutely beautiful....George Martin's version of "And I Love Her" is perfection....I wonder what the Beatles thought of these gorgeous versions he did....the other one from AHDN was "This Boy" equally as beautiful : )))))
I have been looking for this piece since I lost my old Beatles album. This was one of my all-time favorite pieces. So beautifully done, tasteful and moving. It shows how a gifted composer can change a piece. I like both renditions but tend to appreciate instrumental a little more. The Beatles were amazingly gifted.
I had the original album as well, goodness maybe fifty years ago? Always loved George Martin's version, all of his orchestrations for that matter. He was truly a gifted individual.
This was another George Martin masterpiece! He only took "And I Love Her" (Paul singing), and changed it to this gorgeous instrumental! He did the same thing with "Ringo's Theme" ("This Boy", both from their movie, "A Hard Day's Night").
Takes me back to grade school in Cheshire UK in the fall of 63 when everyone was talking about the band ' up the road" in Liverpool. They never lost their Northern England roots
"WTVJ Channel 4.........Miami". They played the ending to this beautiful instrumental when they signed off the air at 2 or 3 am in Miami, Florida in the late 1960's and 1970's. AWESOME!
How about that comment!! I just arrived at this country and CH 4 would play it to identify the station during the weekend with the words weekend and the 4 Logo. I would ask my cousin who knew English what it meant and she would give me a stupid remark like .... nothing, just to say that the weekend is here. Of course being new here, I would ask , what does that has to do with it? Did not know that the weekends were treasured in this country.
I had this album when I was a child, always loved George Martin's instrumentals. This is one of my favorites, especially when you get to that flute solo at the end. Takes me back to my childhood and happier times.
Muchos recuerdos traen al escuchar bellas Melodías de los 60s nuestra niñez en la Mina Hierro Acari en Arequipa, ❤❤❤ Perú. Saludos desde Lima Un abrazo 😊😊😊😍😍😍
WTVJ-4 (CBS at that time in Miami, FL) made a fantastic bumper music video (between their tv shows), about 22 seconds long (start at 3:23 to the end at 3:45), using this incredible instrumental, with palm trees in the background (and Miami) adding to the audio delight of the song itself. [Of course, like many teens in '64, we all bought the album, but I loved this instrumental of "And I Love Her."] I never forgot how terrific that looked and sounded to use a great piece of Beatles' music as bumper between shows! I wish there was someone who had a videotape of that terrific 22-sec. who could make it available on a CD. Bumper music (and video) doesn't get any more stunning or spectacular than what WTVJ showed over 50 years ago!
ANNOUNCER: WTVJ, Channel Four...Miami. Being a true South Floridian for (mumble) years, I remember that so well. I’ve searched for this rendition for many years and had no success...until RUclips came along. I finally ordered the cd from Amazon and now I can play this the way Peter Griffin did with “Surfing Bird”. I tried searching to see if some former employee had posted that interlude as they’d referred to on RUclips...(sighing).
Always loved these instrumental versions , glad there are others that do too ! I thought I was all alone there ! This Boy is fantastic too it really brings me back to those times
ME TOO and i like them as much as all the others tracks. Plus online I found many more instrumentals by other artist that are awesome but not as sweet as this record.
I give her all my love That's all I do And if you saw my love You'd love her, too I love her She gives my everything And tenderly The kiss my lover brings She brings to me And I love her A love like ours Could never die As long as I Have you near me Bright are the stars that shine Dark is the sky I know this love of mine Will never die And I love her Bright are the stars that shine Dark is the sky I know this love of mine Will never die And I love her
To be painfully honest, I always found George Martin's instrumental renditions really cheesy. However, "And I Love Her" is a significant exception. There's something really elegant and graceful about this orchestrated variant. Maybe it's the strings, maybe it's the horns, but Martin hits it out of the park. If I had never heard the original song by the Beatles, I would have thought that this was a Mancini composition!
The melody and harmony is all McCartney, so any comparison with the works of any other great musical genius throughout history is well valid in this case. Martin could only create this beautiful piece with the tools to be able to, and in Lennon & McCartney, he found them.
I come here for the (magic) flute solo, which, more than any other component of this rendition, I feel to be missing when I don't hear it on the Beatles-performance.
I've got the original album. By the way, in the 1960's, a bit of this would play during station identification breaks by WTVJ (a CBS TV affiliate in Miami).
Love this arrangement!!✨️💗🙌 Side note: my dad ( who is a musician and a huge Beatles fan) said as a joke, " there's enough bowing in that piece to start a forest fire🔥, lol!!" 😅
Lyrics!!! I give her all my love That's all I do And if you saw my love You'd love her too I love her She gives me everything And tenderly The kiss my lover brings She brings to me And I love her A love like ours Could never die As long as I Have you near me Bright are the stars that shine Dark is the sky I know this love of mine Will never die And I love her Bright are the stars that shine Dark is the sky I know this love of mine Will never die And I love her
This version of the Beatles classic was one of the songs I remember hearing that used to play as background music on my local community TV channel's bulletin board during that channel's off-hours back in the 1980s up until about 1997 (when that channel switched from using music tapes in-studio to satellite-fed music) - and I actually prefer this version of the song (containing the lush, sweeping instrumentations and lasting over a minute longer than the original because of its slower tempo) over the original.
I'be always grown to love Sir George Martin's soundtrack music to the 3 films he did, because the American releases were all we had back then, when l started collecting Beatles at age 14 (1975). The imports were very hard for me to come by. I love how his style progressed, right along with JPGR; compare his AHDN music to his Yellow Sub contributions, which were 90% orig George Martin tunes! All the HDN songs were all from Len/Mac. Help! had some of each, & YS was all orig George, except the last track. Overall, verrrry impressive! 🎵❤🎵
Son temas que han pasado a la historia musical Martin, con los Los Beatles ha surcado eternidad canciones que permanecerán muchísimo tiempo en nuestros mentes y corazones por inolvidables cantado e instrumentado son muchísimo mejores.

Is this a impressionism music? Because my project in music is pick a impressionism music and then make a video about what you feel when you listen to... ASAP thank you for the answers.....

This is wonderful luxurious Beatles music from the great George Martin.
Where is this kind of music, theres no more like this masterpieces now a days
Always loved Mr. Martin's gorgeous take on this, one of the all-time great Beatle ballads.
They don't make music like this anymore, Kudos to George Martin for arranging a conducting these instrumentals.
I listen to this instrumental rendition every week. It is so beautifully orchestrated. Sir George Martin, this is just wonderful.
There will never be a better version than this. Absolutely, insanely beautiful!! I
@shawnmcculley2995 - Ah but there WILL be a better version someday. It's the version YOU can make only after you stop thinking "There will never be a better version than this". Records (pun intended) are set (in vinyl) for the purpose of being beatlen.
One of the most beautiful instrumental songs of my life, my father played them every Sunday morning, ahh my childhood.
May I ask your age? I'm in my 60s and grew up in the '60s.
@@jlbaker2000 I am 26 years old, but thanks to my old man, I love these songs of memory. Greetings. 👍
I get chills in the best way listening to this. Its what would play if you found love at first sight.
I love how he adds that quick, 4-note piano bit at the end of each verse! Like a period at the end of a sentence; perfection!
It's to mimic Harrison's 4 note intro. In effect, Martin was inspired by Harrison's writing in this part.
Hizo las 4 notas de Harrison y lo aceleró. Ppensar que los dos George ya partieron, que descansen en paz.

Very true. Beautiful music!
Esta es la mas bella expresión musical de George Martin...
Que me ha hecho sentir lo bello de la vida...y me a acompañado siempre....!!!
The Beatles are probably in the Top 10 best things to happen to this planet, easily
When I bought this album when the Beatles first hit it big…I was only 14 but oddly loved all the instruments on the record…especially this one.
Takes me back to grade school in Cheshire UK in the fall of 63 when everyone was talking about the band ' up the road" in Liverpool. They never lost their Northern England roots
Can you imagine how much more awesome this was in the recording session. Wow. I gotta find some big speakers for this rendition.

Very possibly the most sixties thing ever!
for me french film music from the mid to late 60s is the most 60s thing..but this comes also close

Great instrumental.
Released on the "Hard Day's Night" album on June 26, 1964.
My LP from 1964 is so scratched up and I was yearning to hear these 4 instrumentals cleanly again. Thanks for sharing them.
Love the flute part toward the end.

so so so beautiful, favourite song in album by far - plus this orchestral version just really does it for me.
The instruments songs were fantastic on this album especially And I Love Her.
This sounds amazing. Well done George Martin :)
Always loved these instrumental versions , glad there are others that do too ! I thought I was all alone there ! This Boy is fantastic too it really brings me back to those times

Absolutely beautiful. 👍👍👍👍👍
I grew up listening to the soundtrack album on which this instrumental track appears. :)
ME TOO and i like them as much as all the others tracks. Plus online I found many more instrumentals by other artist that are awesome but not as sweet as this record.
.......WHAT A GREAT SONG .................. Why did this song not become famous ....?
So very beautiful
i have this album on vinyl !!
This and the instrumental for "I Should Have Known Better" were the best two on the album!
Yes!
Also ,This Boy instrumental
I was 15 years old in the Summer of ‘64 and played this song everyday. Quite different from musical tastes of 15 year olds today😂
has a Bond feel to it, can just picture Sean Connery on an island cruising on a boat
Beautiful instrumental track conducted by George Martin in stereo. 💯
Musica meravigliosa, immortale.❤❤❤❤
Listened to this on my old record player for the first time. 10/10 yall
I give her all my love
That's all I do
And if you saw my love
You'd love her, too
I love her
She gives my everything
And tenderly
The kiss my lover brings
She brings to me
And I love her
A love like ours
Could never die
As long as I
Have you near me
Bright are the stars that shine
Dark is the sky
I know this love of mine
Will never die
And I love her
Bright are the stars that shine
Dark is the sky
I know this love of mine
Will never die
And I love her
1963 senesinden beri dinliyorum, ömrüm oldukça dinleyeceğim The Beatles 👍
Strong John Barry vibes in this arrangement.
I STILL LOVE THIS SONG! THANKS FOR SHARING IT! R.K.2/23/21.
Magnífico!!!
There's a reason Big Jack Armstrong used this as his sign-off theme on WKYC. Fantastic music.
To be painfully honest, I always found George Martin's instrumental renditions really cheesy. However, "And I Love Her" is a significant exception. Sir George's artistry as an orchestral arranger and conductor is superbly showcased on this version of "And I Love Her".
Sounds like it could be from a James Bond soundtrack, this one in particular is so classy and beautiful
The melody and harmony is all McCartney, so any comparison with the works of any other great musical genius throughout history is well valid in this case.
Martin could only create this beautiful piece with the tools to be able to, and in Lennon & McCartney, he found them.
The only cheese is between your toes
Thia and Ringo’s Theme are both brilliant renditions.

Wonderful to listen to on a hot summer day too. It is great!✌✌✌
Pieces of it were used in Soviet Estonian radio show "Family and Home" signature.
A most perfect cocktail dance song...
The melody and harmony is all McCartney, so any comparison with the works of any other great musical genius throughout history is well valid in this case.

Great Song of. true 💘
very 60s. very Henry Mancini inspired.
Legal mesmo...
found this LP recently in the dollar bin...it was scratched up but plays great :)
腕利きプロデューサーですよね!❤
Клёво!!
I searched in Spotify but this instrumental isn't on there nor is this old album. There is a remastered version but this song isn't on it.
one two cha cha cha
Sounds like this could have been in a Bond movie.
Elevator the beatles flor please
That's classic. "Elevator" music can be dramatically relaxing. Classic Beatles.
This deserves to be in a French spy film or something
I can sense an old James Bond quality to it!
Wow. Who imitated who? George Martin or Henry Mancini?
I wonder why this one wasn't featured in the movie
Man, Shiro Sagisu must've taken a lot of inspiration from George Martin. It sounds a LOT like his music.
Is this a impressionism music? Because my project in music is pick a impressionism music and then make a video about what you feel when you listen to... ASAP thank you for the answers.....
WTVJ…Channel 4…Miami.
So did these guys do anything else than this?
When James Bond listens to the Beatles…
With ear muffs.
The True Beatles Sir Martin sorry. .
