From the sketch are the ports labeled backwards? Almost like sitting in the driver seat perspective.

Keep the tech tutorials coming. I would like to see a tutorial for a grill swap on SII.

The tech videos are coming along great. Nothing else like them on RUclips. It's great to see Henry Winkler hired Matt Damon to work on Internationals. 👍💪

This is excellent information! Is there any way to get a PDF or something high resolution of the wiring diagram? For some reason, even though I'm viewing at 1080p, the resolution is still blurred and hard to read the text/handwriting.

Thanks! Would also be nice to see a replacement part or tutorial on fixing the voltage regulator and a resource for getting a speedometer rebuilt.

For the needle paint... get TRAFFIC CONE nail polish at Walmart... for real.

Gauges are adjustable on the back if you remove them from the pod/holder - there are adjustments for the low/high point of each gauge by moving small toothed arms that control the needle. This is helpful if your gauges work but are inaccurate. Also - glass faces look a lot better than plastic ones - any shop can cut glass for you. Go thicker than 3/32". 1/8" is good. On Etsy you can buy gauge faces with IH logo on them if that interests you.

Another note that I learned the hard way is if the three blue wires are disconnected from the voltmeter gauge. The truck won’t crank and you’ll have no lights.

How bout we do a complete rewire series, that goes off the original harness. Come on people. Do some stuff that's needed. Every forum I see is about wiring. And still no video. Help a shade tree mechanic out

Great Video, I was wondering going in why the bent plastic lense. I was going to cut the center out and put glass in, but like your idea better. I will cut the lenses in glass and refresh the needles and put new bulb holders in, you should mention them as well.
One other Knit picky thing is the use of the word "Basically", it's an un needed filler word. It is way over used today.

Is there a way to fix the internal of the gauge if it won’t even move the needle when grounding the fuel sending line when the gauge has power?

Hold on, the one you were working on was an 85 MPH speedo and the one you installed was a 100 MPH Speedo, I call shenanigans.

Haha, we utilize the same magic those cooking shows use when they put a casserole in the oven and 10 seconds later pull one out fully cooked.
