I know this is two years old, but I had Nemesis come into that safe room, too. It’s the only one in the game that has two entrances: the street access and the garage access (formerly chained shit). He can come in through the garage access. Scared the bejeezers outta me the first time that happened!
This game is scary as shit yet i still play it despite being twelve also my fav character is nicholai so i like to play to see scenes of him the game is amazing too
