พอทำเป็น อาคาร 4 ชั้น มันต้อง set back จากชายหาดถ้าจำไม่ผิดจะแถว 50 เมตร พอเป็นอาคารเตี้ย มันแืบมองไม่เห็นทะเลสวยๆ เหมือนอาคารสูงอยู่แล้ว
