Wow I loved your stories! . I know everything you experienced in Hawaii was a huge learning experience! I once wanted to work on a cruise ship long ago( I’m much older than you 🤣) I wanted to do that to travel and get away from my situations but God had other plans! My husband and I traveled to Hawaii once during a very rainy time! In a weeks time, we had maybe 5 or 6 hours of sunshine. The rest was down pouring Rain and flooding! We didn’t experience much at all. I dream of going back one day but I don’t know now because of health reasons. I think it’s amazing that you endured your time and made it work so you could enjoy life! I remember in my 20’s , And no family support …. I lived with roommates and oh the stories I could tell ! I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms and I had 2 other roommates. I think we split everything in thirds and it averaged out to $750 per person per month.
