You always show the best appliances, not that I need waffles, but yum. Have a wonderful Christmas.

      You as well! 🎄 😊
The original plan was chicken tenders on the Forman Grill, and
" chicken and waffles " as the dinner option...
it was too cold even though I was running a Buddy heater!

I'd love to see more of these with even lower watt appliances. Also why not just put the dry ingredients into the bottle for travel then add the wet and Shake it? That way you don't have to waste a freezer bag.

Hello! 😊 I have posted a few low wattage appliance videos, and plan on a few more.
Store bought mixes work better for in-bottle mixing. I did try mixing everything in the bottle, and ended up with a clumpy unmixed mess! (Maybe I should have left that in the video?)😳 lol
Freezer bags are used multiple times! To keep mixes in, then to use for storage of cooking debris after multiple food preparations and cleanup. By compressing air out of the bag and flattening it before resealing, it keeps food waste easier to manage while I am on the road if not near a waste receptacle.

Very good video! Keep ‘3m coming! I have a small Dash Mini griddle for making pancakes (same size & watts as that last small waffle maker). I find it’s perfect for pancakes, fried egg, one egg omelettes, grilling 3 of the smaller breakfast sausage, and reheating vegetable side dishes. In addition to using it car camping, I’ve put in my suitcase & made omelettes in a motel room.

I have multiple videos with appliances featured in them. Of course most people want to see what the depletion factor is on my really old power station! 😳
I truly appreciate your comment on where you use mini-appliances! That was my original intent... to show the appliances ( not necessarily the power station lol)
Thanks so much for watching and commenting !
***Yes, I was looking for the mini-griddle! Target seems like it's on my list for shopping! ***

@@avianmariner oh, I appreciate your showing how much energy each item sucks from the power station. I usually stick with 12v appliances like my 1-Liter water kettle or Hot Logic Mini because I’ve used both of those in vehicles long before having a power station or auxiliary battery. The Dash griddle was my first 110v appliance to use with an inverter. I’ve heard about that George Forman grill & have put it on my thrift store shopping list (I have a friend who is always shopping thrift stores & estate sales who takes requests).

I'll have to try one of those little DASH MINI WAFFLE MAKERS! I've seen others use them but mostly on a 1500 or 2000 watt Inverter. Good to know that a 1000 watt Inverter works for it. I have a DASH MINI PIE 🥧 MAKER so I'm hopeful that will work with 1000 watts too. I LOVE my GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL! Thanks 😊.

I am going to try to do one more video before the New Year.
I may include a Dash mini maker ( egg - fryer ). I tried to get one for this video but the store's were out of stock. Bad timing on my part! Lol

What do you carry your eggs in for camping, one of those yellow egg caddies? After I dumped one and everything was on the floor I switched to this method so I'm passing it forward to you ... Take a Nalgen bottle and place cotton balls and fresh eggs inside then screw the lid on. Works like a charm? 😊

@@pamelaklemp5615 my egg caddy is in the background of the video. I like your idea... a lot. Since I use nalgene bottles, I have a spare and will try that!

@@avianmariner So glad you liked that egg hack that I use. Be certain to alternate the Cotton Balls and the Eggs so each egg has its own "pillow of cushioning. Of course extra softness on the top and the bottom of the bottle. Merry Holidays to you and your family members from our household. Here's to a great new 2024 too 🍾🥠👏
