After you sign your 13 players, you are free to sign anyone else unless you released them. You can't release any of these players but you can sign anyone you want in upcoming free agencies.

PG: Seth Curry - became an 87 ovr (I freaking flipped shit when I saw how much better this guy got... I signed him for just a $5 million, 3 year contract, and I just kept sending him to those untapped potential camps every year, and his potential went from like a B- to an A- after 3 seasons)
SG: Avery Bradley - became 84 ovr (A+ per. defense, A- three, definitely a good pick up)
SF: Lebron James - became 96 ovr (most surprising was that he improved his shooting to an A- mid and B+ three)

Cube I think it was like 70-12. I remember that I was in the 70s, but I barely missed the record. (On HOF with 50 simulator difficulty) I lost 2 of the games to the Pacers and one to the Bulls, which was BS, and then I lost one to GSW, SAS, and OKC, and just some other random losses here and there. Plus, by playoff time, the chemistry was like 98%, and we only lost 1 game the entire playoffs and swept OKC for the championship.

Seth was already a 74 when I got him and Sim was a 70 and I literally sent them to untapped potential camps every year (both had a C+ potential when I got them) and by the third year they were at an A- potential, and pretty much reached full potential by the fourth season. Also, one thing I found pretty surprising was that Lebron maintained a 96 ovr until midway through the fourth season, and when I stopped playing in that league midway through season 5, he was still a 91 at age 36...
