Thanks James! It's been raining every day since I finished filming this video but I am ok with that since I always remind myself that it is feeding my trees! However, as I type this message, the sun just came out.
Gotta love NM furnished properties... Im doing the same here, thrift shop & landfill trips. It was worth it to take it furnished because I really needed the furniture . Cheers;-)
@@4XPEDITION Being in Ruidoso NM, I envy your seclusion. I actually considered properties out by Sapello & Angel Fire but I was concerned about Winter Accessibility & Internet Access. With Ski Resorts, Casinos, & Horse Racing... Ruidoso has something for everyone. You just have to compromise on the seclusion element. Best wishes for your new property. So glad to be done with Phoenix & the California Influx.🙄😏😎
@@4XPEDITION Scott you really scored big on that purchase especially if you have no HOA or if it's just a small yearly payment like I had at Lost Valley of the San Juans. I had water, sewer and power right to my lot line. I paid $15k for almost 2 acres bordering Natl. Forest. HOA was $350/yr. Finding anything around Pagosa Springs without restrictions and an HOA is very difficult. Lots in Aspen Springs nearby are cheap, but most of the people living there have to haul water. Wells there are a toss up as to whether they hit water. Most will not find it. I sold my lot in LVSJ after 3 years and I doubled my investment plus some. The 9700ft elevation was just too much. Happy trails & God bless!

At least you haven’t worn the cowboy hats. Since they were put down the way they are worn the “life force just flowed out”. If you wear a cowboy hat make sure that you put it down opening up.
That claw foot tube is worth some money.
You aren’t kidding!
Lookin good. Lots of sweat equity in this project. It will be fun to watch!

If I ever get up to the mainland I’ll have to visit and maybe help out (if you still have improvements). 4XPEDITION Member #19

This is true. Just learned about that.
