The first few minutes, with the Marvel Logo rolling in silence, is the most impactful intro of any MCU movie to date. The fact that nothing was playing during the Marvel Studios Logo roll, was so amazing as a tribute to Chadwick Boseman

I think they did a great job. That flying style looks so Mutant, like im watching a character in X-men movies again. He fly with a wing in his feet so it will be bad decision to make him fly like Superman or Ikaris. Marvel did a brilliant move with Namor character so far 👏🏻

I have to say (and some people may not agree with me but) I loved this movie a lot. This movie showed the true emotions of the characters and even the casts in real life. It shows the change in shuris character( it still breaks my heart) and Nakia and shuri are now all each other has, and I like the fact they honored Chadwick in such a beautiful beautiful way. HOWEVER, my heart will always love the 1st movie better. It was just so so amazing and Chadwick poured his love and soul into his character. The 1st movie will always top it for me. However everyone is entitled to their own opinions and I’m open to hearing everyone’s opinions just really wanted to put this out there🫶🏾

Shuri posing as the new Black Panther is all I've been waiting for! If I were a king and I only had a sister, I would smile from above if I saw her taking my place! Love this film with all my heart. People love how Ramonda says to Shuri, "Show them who WE are" whereas in the first movie she said "Show them who YOU are" to T'Challa when he was fighting M'Baku for the throne during challenge day. This gets to show that indeed the Black Panther is the protector of Wakanda and its part of its people.
Definitely fits the "This is not a place. It's our people" theme that the Asgardians were going for.

This is still one of my favourite movies from phase four because the last scene with Shuri reminiscing her memories of T’Challa broke my heart into a million pieces and I will never get over the ending because the movie has been an emotional rollercoaster I’ve had in a long time.
"We know what you whisper. They have lost their protector, now is our time to strike." What a powerful line that I don't see many people talking about. I think it's so great because though she looks to be projecting strength, Ramonda agrees they have lost their protector and Wakanda is on the edge of disaster.
That line was for our ancestors as well. With the loss of every black leader during the Civil Rights movement, they kept whispering to us.

I think you completely misunderstood, she's talking about what Namor is thinking and why he's attacking the surface, they lost their protector, probably referring to Tony Stark

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever had to be rewatched since it came out exactly a year ago today. Once again and forever, Chadwick Boseman would be proud on how well they honored his memory as the Black Panther. WAKANDA FOREVER!!!

When i saw this film in theaters i just about teared up. The silence at the beginning of the intro broke my heart, and shuri on the beach at the end stole it for me. Loooooved this movie and by far the best movie of phase 4.

No forced comedy, no over the top action, no cheap looking cgi. This is pure emotion. This is what we want from Marvel. No one can take Chadwick's place as Black Panther but Shuri as Black Panther looks promising to me. Can't wait to see this in theatres. R.I.P Chadwick.

1:30 I actually kind of love how Namor leaps through the air as if he's stepping on it. One of the more unique flying abilities as opposed to rockets or straight levitation

There were a lot of great movies that came out this year, but personally, this has at least a top 3 spot for me, not only because of its purpose, but also its story (yes, even the comedic moments, which I think are spread appropriately), visuals, acting, score, and emotion! I've seen this movie twice in theaters and I cannot wait to see it again when it arrives on Disney+! Such a beautiful film!

It was my favorite film of last year too. And in a year that included Way of Water, The Batman, Everything Everywhere All at Once, The Whale, and Top Gun Maverick, that is high praise.

I know most people aren't going to agree with me, and I'm sad he's gone too, but I think incorporating Chadwick's death into the movie makes it feel more real. He's gone in real life, he's gone in the movies and I believe it pays homage to his legacy. In the very short time we saw him on screen he was one of the best comic book portrayals of a character, right up there with RDJ as Tony Stark and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. So deciding not to recast makes it feel like the movie has more weight and realism.

It's hard to explain the silent charisma, dignity and wisdom Chadwick Boseman brought to T'Chala. He commands every scene he's in and you're just waiting for his next line. Like a vibranium meteor, he was a blessing to cinema. He is deeply missed. Wakanda Forever.

and it was sang in Nyanja and Bemba. There's a time around 1:16 where Tio sings

these lyrics directly translates to
"You're king now, do not forget (never forget)" which is in direct reference to both Namor's kingship and Shuri's ascendance to the Throne! Zambia to the world.

Marvel finally did something right they made a beautiful sequel and shuri has character arc in the movie.
Nobody can replace T'Challa as the Black Panther but I was really happy to see Shuri honoring her brother by resurrecting the Black Panther and becoming one herself. She's awesome. It was an emotional and great movie. Can't wait for the next one.
M'bakus dialog, Mother Queens dialog, fighting sequence in wakanda, M'baku and Okoye holding Shuri while she cries, the music, seeing riri in the Iron heart suit, Namor hovering with the spear, and seeing Shuri descend in the Black Panther suit, etc. I got pure chills and goosebumps from beginning, Middle, and end. I'm definitely buying my ticket

Also known as Quetzalcoátl by the Mexicas (Aztecs) it's one of the most important mesoamerican deities and the most iconic, he's one of the creators of the world alongside Tepeu and Itzamná and his brother was Tezcatlipoca.

I loved the music. You can feel the powerful emotions in every sound. Throughout the trailer you always feel the grief, it never left but there is that feeling that doesn't stop the sorrows but it's telling you that no matter how broken you are you always keep moving forward. Chadwick's legacy will live on

This movie is surprisingly one of my favorite marvel movies. I was never much of a black Panther fan myself back in the day just because he didn’t seem all that interesting to me, but after watching this, he/she is one of my new favorite superheroes. I also loved the introduction to iron heart, a character I was looking forward to seeing. All in all, it was a great movie. Obviously it was a little choppy and confusing in some parts but I still think they did a great job and it is a perfect tribute movie to Chadwick.
P.S. - for anyone that is harassing other people for their own personal honest opinions on the movie and calling them racist is wrong. We are all entitled to our opinions.
