"Amy, good job Amy." "Amy, you performed well Amy." "Amy, why are you looking at me that way Amy." "Amy, where did you get that knife Amy?" "Amy, stop moving towards me Amy." "Amy, you're stabbing me Amy." "Amy, I'm dead. Good job Amy."
I went to school with her, and her name is Susan. She called me after the video shoot and said that she corrected him several times but he still kept calling her Amy. Maybe Amy was an ex who dumped him?
I did these exercises yesterday and I can feel how much better by back and flexability are today, I will continue these. THANKS!!!, Im 62 and was a powerlifter in my teens to 30's with LOTS of back and flexability provblems.
I am confused on the muscle contraction. The TB12 Method book (I read the whole thing) explains contracting the muscles twice per second when doing pliability exercises, but this video doesn’t explain that. Is she flexing while doing this? Sometimes she is like with the calf and quad, but other times she isn’t. So I am still trying to grasp the concept. What is the difference between foam rolling and the pliability concept/method? Thoughts anyone? Thank you!
Great information...2 questions...with foam roller does level of vibration setting make a difference ir preference?...#2 Thoracic exercise... when engaging core on Thoracic exercise, what core engagement should it be at??
From what they said in the TB12 book the vibration feature stimulates the nervous system which does something idk or can’t remember. Dang now I gotta go back 🧐
You may have already answered this question in another video (my apologies if someone did), but can you do pliability exercises before a strength training/weight lifting workout or save it for after a workout?
It’s hard for people to adhere to a different form of knowledge than “traditional” methods of health training I’m guessing. Also majority of the public doesn’t work out anything but stuffing fast food down their throats.

I always thought this was simply a way to lessen pain, I didn't realize it would actually help prevent injury

Going to get me a couple of these
What was that broad’s name?
Is a regular foam roller good enough? How does vibration make a difference? And how much of a difference does it make?

Do you do this right after a workout.. or hours after when the body is rested? All do you do this everyday?
Right before and right after
You may have already answered this question in another video (my apologies if someone did), but can you do pliability exercises before a strength training/weight lifting workout or save it for after a workout?
In other vidoes Tom has said that optimally both before and after.
In Tom’s book he recommends before and after a workout
All that moving is a mini workout in itself lol
How does Tom Brady TB12 channel only have 17k subs

That’s her name don’t wear it out… lol
