She moves fast but only when not being looked at. This might not be unique, but the fact that you need to escape by solving a massive puzzle while getting chased is terrifying. And sometimes you lose her location, and if you don't know where she is she could be anywhere. 3. Her jumpscare is not only horrifying but also extremely clever. It is delayed which catches people off guard which makes it even scarier.
