You mentioned iodine poisoning briefly in the beginning, and later mentioned that you intended to eat seafood but needed a break. That’s not a menstrual symptom, that’s a food sickness symptom. People have been warning you about your eating habits, and it looks like your starting to take heed. Good for you. Now lay off that sodium, eat some fresh fruits and veggies, and do some detoxes (fasting, liquid fasting with teas or apple cider vinegar, etc.) and your health will be restored. I may come off cruel and harsh, but truly my feedback is to help. I hate to see our people perish because they are too stubborn to change.
