As a first due machine with 3 man crew (officer, driver, FF), with the rescue tools. What combination of tools do you recommend coming off the truck first. We’ve traditionally gone with FF-spreaders & step chalk, and Officer-cutters & step chalk. But with techniques such as the Texas 2 step, I’m increasingly seeing the benefit of having the ram quickly. So, maybe spreader/step chalk & cutters/ram. What do y’all think? Anything else that makes more sense?
