After a year later, i still love that last bit of lyrics where you tappened into your jazz voice. It makes this whole thing come together in a unique way
The part where CG5 sings “Tell me honestly the things that you yearn for” hits especially hard for me. I’ve given up all my passions and things that gave my life sense just to fulfill every expectation my parents have set for me. Now I’m a walking shell of who I was and the worst thing is that they’re not even remotely satisfied with me giving up everything, they want more and they want it now. I could just have been a huge disappointment for them and at least live with what made me, well, want to live.
Never, ever live to fulfill others expectations, there’s no way you’ll not regret it.

Had to listen for a bit to pick put the different sounds. Legrand's voice is a little deeper and, dare I say gravely, while CG5 has more of a melodic flow. They both sound awesome together though.

Now THAT'S a banger. I've lost count of how many times I've heard it without getting bored (It's on loop lol). this is an awesome mix of sax and lyrics, the simple but complex beats , and the way it gets together so nicely is incredible. It's hard to describe the way I feel for hearing this. Plus the CG5 participation is great, by changing from your verses to his and then the sax. Nothing more to say, other than, I LOVE THIS SONG.

Okay ngl people may think that he is overrated but honestly? nah hes the most underrated music producer that I have ever heard, he and CG5 collabing just makes it so perfect, I saw him in portland or and he played this song dude, I felt so happy he did though!
A small adjustment to some parts will do wonders in my opinion and make the flow seamless but its a banger none the less.
