Hello, I have an ASV 120 with 1200 hours on it that has an issue that the dealer cant seem to fix. Once the machine is warmed up Im unable to steer either way and Im not able to lift the bucket and drive at the same time. It has no power to make it move. The dealer said the tandem pump and both drives were bad so I had them all rebuilt. The shop that rebuilt them said they didnt see anything wrong with them when they opened them up but replaced with a kit anyways. The filters had no metal flakes in them either. I got the machine back because dealer said the pressure tested fine now and declared it fixed. Once i got it home I ran it for 20 minutes and it did the same thing as before. They never fixed the problem. It works fine in first 20 minutes when its cold but when its warmed up it does not want to move. The dealer is saying the pump is still bad and need to buy new one now. Ive spent over $20000 so far and dont want to waste any more money getting a part i dont need. Does it sound like the tandem pump is the issue to you? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
Howie, I would look at the coupling mechanism that drives your main hydrostat pump, if that is not turning the machine will have no power at all to move or lift the bucket.
I have a t200 , I'm having low charge pressure constantly , I have almost lost the use of my RH stick/drive. It kicks in intermittently so I'm still able to operate, I jus have to manipulate it to turn. Can u help, I don't have a dealership , so I do my own. Thanks, Cam
There are several possible reasons this is happening and would be quite a lengthy email to try to explain, please call into the office at LPS, they can explain, thanks

Good information. Thanks
great job thanks for the info. What type of blanks do you need to blank off the pump to test the drive motors? Do you sell them?
