some opinion as below: 1. Assembly - while mounting the bearings, + the tools: steel hammer, steel bar which are not good for bearings. Brass/copper bar, rubber hammer should be used. + special tools such as sleeves should be used; but it is wise to check the fit: clearance, transition, or Interference fit type, then choose/make a suitable sleeve for inner or outer race. + Cleaniness: particles (dust, pieces from tools) may fall into the interals & bearing balls 2. Inspection - How about checking clearance of rotors, rotor vs internal housing? & acceptance criteria? - Gears misalignment checking (axial, radial, backflash)? & acceptance criteria? In the video just showed dial gage checking for gear face vs housing only which is not well accuracy. 3. Painting - How about rust removing/surface treatment?

The sealing need to grease by oil, not by grease! In another way your sealing will burn out at the beginning of work
