Thank you for the video! I’m a new PE teacher doing some last minute field day planning. I’m needing some field day games that use regular balloons… any ideas?
You could always do the relay race, where everyone has a balloon. First student in each line runs to a chair, pops their balloon by sitting on it, then runs back and tags the next player who then does the same. That continues until a team is finished. Could also give everyone a balloon and have them keep it in the air using a particular body part. When theirs hits the ground, they sit. Last one standing wins. Or you could do a relay where 2 partners hold a balloon without using their hands (stand with their back to each other and balloon between them). If it hits the ground, they have to start over… Just a few ideas!
