i have allotted a seat in AIQ and I want to upgrade it and go for Maharashtra Counselling but I don't want to take any risk of loosing the seat of AIQ. How can I proceed. I mean can I put the AIQ seat for upgradation and participate in Maharashtra Counseling. Please reply.

Some counsellers say that we have to pay a security deposit of 2 lakh for participating in other state's state counseling. Plz also tell is it refundable or not
2 lakh is for Private college.... Otherwise u can only participate in state counselling of other states if u have a domicile certificate of that state

If u are satisfied with ur AIQ seat and not expecting good college through state quita then u have to chose that seat.... If u will opt to part in state quota, then u have to leave this seat of AIQ

Appreciate, if you can clarify below point - If candidate is allocated a seat in round-1 and wanted to upgrade to round-2 and option is opted for upgradation. Does he need to report to collect allocated in round-1 immediately? If not, can he report either upgraded round-2 college or if not upgraded, still he can report to earlier round-1 allocated college after round-2 decision.
Yes he need to verify his documents to alloted seat in 1st round..... Uf upgraded then the documents will be returned by the college and then report to the new college.....
