Little Mix has the 3 HUGEST factors needed for a group to succeed:
1. They are GENUINELY friends and support each other.
2. They have no lead singer and they are each considered equal in the group.
3. None of them have any interest in having a solo career anytime soon.
This group is definitely here to stay.

I love how blunt these interviewers are, like they're not afraid to ask anything. It's refreshing to see. Usually they ask the same old safe questions, but this is so much more interesting. I was starting to think (and hope lol) that they might ask whether Jerrie is real hahahaha

I really like Zach as interviewer, he is really kind, respectful and focus so much in the artist and their job; he doesn't care so much of scandals, relationships or whatever. He's better than the most of the host and interviwers out there. This channel deserves so many more subs!
this is my fav little mix interview ever. the interviewer did a great job and I love Jesy's quick witted answers. how can anyone hate these girls they're so laid back, genuine and honest. so relatable to young girls.

tbh, i feel like this was the best interview so far. like the questions were great, the energy in the room was amazing. and even tho it looked like perrie was off, she still looked like she actually had a great time by laughing and all. and bruh omg like honestly you get what they mean (example talking about how their relationship is real and not fake like they were like omg ya). best interview i've seen so far. love little mix for the longest time and i'm so happy for them

This is the best radio interview I have seen so far.
I think in Fifth Harmony only of them had a chance to shine, to sing most of the songs. That's why the group was unbalanced and unhappy. But Little Mix has fair distribution of the lines so that everyone can shine and they get along just well. That's the main difference.
Billy N and plus LM have way more and I mean way more control over anything Cuz you know they don't take crap but with 5h their kinda idk their more of idk like robots Cuz they get told what to do and what to put out if u know what I mean but I feel they will have a lot more control over their music now since their writing more of their song this album so I'm happy for that

Billy N I'll honestly say, as much as I love LM even they sometimes lack the balance from a song to the entire album. Jessie was most prominent in Glory Days for sure where Perry is given most bridges for her powerful voice.
I think the fact there are four members of Little Mix not five as there's no member who has to be in the centre if that makes sense?? And they can be in pairs; there's no one left out in the group

I love this interview! The interviewers that have interviewed LM before have never asked these questions! Usually about Zayn and all that bs, but this was so fun and both the girls and interviewers looked like they were having such a good time! I wish to see Little Mix some day, they're amazing!❤❤

Out of all the Little Mix interviews that I've watched, this interview has got to be the best one. The quality of the questions and the way the conversation just flows so naturally plus the maintenance of respect to the girls' career and emotions. Hats off to you Zach Sang!

Watching this now as an artist and seeing that their bong was SO solid here makes me sad with the departure of Jesy and regardless of what people have said she had to do what’s best for her and I love all 4 of them. Little Legends! They were incredible when I saw them in New York in December and I can't wait to see them on tour! Their chemistry is undeniable and that's better than any other accolade❤️
Also I love how there are no weak links in this group and all of them are a complete package .... all of them are beautiful, they can dance, sing, act, they play pranks, outfits and style are on point, their personalities are amazing and they love the fans (giving out cupcakes, ice creams, surprising them at listening parties and just love spending time with us Mixers)

The fact that she had no reason or want to leave the band or going solo, but because of the awful people, trolls and haters that finally got to her, destroying her mental health and protective walls, she was forced to do it, because she couldn't bare it anymore. This is the reason why any band or group can't stay together till the end.
And to the people that maybe contributed to it, hope you are so proud and content with what you did, stripping away her happiness and joy of being together with her 3 sisters, having the best time of her life with them, cause you can clearly see how happy and radiant she has here and now she won't have that anymore.... and for what?
Thank you 🙏 People seem to forget Jesy went through hell and stayed for 9+ years for the girls and the fans. She was just out of her teenage years and the online abuse broke her spirit. Yet haters still have the audacity to call her selfish
