RandiShalon exactly, it is kind of counter productive, the main reason people cant sleep is because they do nothing to create a healthy schedule. You should be going to bed around the same time, not looking at a screen. Stretching helps to relax the body and clearing the mind so videos aren’t necessarily good to watch. Some headphones even just create discomfort but im sure it can help in some cases.
I was going through a breakup and it was a really hard time for me and had multiple breakdowns and your videos always helped me to relax and sleep, thank you so much for everything you do for us mads, I love you so so much and I hope you're doing well💖💖💖
