    Agree! You can meet weird men even in exchange language apps if you call them oppa. I did exchange language on discord with the discord of a korean teacher and it is more safe.
    I didn't fall with weird man and sometimes the teacher is here on the call to check if everything is okay.
    But in others exchange language apps, there is not that.
    And i saw a girl who test an app when you can communicate with koreans 5min or 10min, like you have 5min with one person and it change with another person etc and in this type of app, yes you can meet weird men...
    Ps: Your korean is so good, you speak so well korean, i'm.at intermediate level but my speaking skill isn't intermediate yet but not beginner neither, it's between but my listening skill yes it's intermediate, i can understand 45-50% of an ep of kdrama without subtitles and i understand so much more.
    And i have been watched kdrama since 15 years

    예전에 토크온에서 대화 나눴었는데 한국인인 저보다 여전히 한국말 잘하시고 유창하시네용 ㅎㅎ 응원합니다. 이분 말투랑 억양은 정말 한국인 그 자체여서 신기합니다. 이 분이 하는말 신뢰하셔도 됩니다!

    Miss you a lot Rhea 😊 can you tall me how much vocabulary you need to speak Korean fluently 🦋

    • @rhea_irl
      @rhea_irl  8 дней назад +2

      Thats a bit of a complicated question, i personally don’t think theres a specific number. I think it's more about how you use the vocabulary you know than how many words you know ~ !
      But if i were to put a number to it, i’d say a core of 2~3k words is a solid base for being able to hold a convo.

    Can you give us some tips on how to find content to learn like a child / finding Korean content for children (comprehensible input) ?

    • @rhea_irl
      @rhea_irl  7 дней назад +1

      Hiii in the past i honestly just looked up children’s books pdfs online and got them from loads of sources, but i just checked again again and found a site called studykorean(dot)com which seems to have a decent collection of free children’s stories under the beginner section.
      If you finish all of those and still need more then maybe you can do what i did and just scour through loads of random sites haha >

      @rhea_irl oh thank you for this! I've been trying to find Korean books for children for a while now! I really appreciate this :)
      Edit: It says the domain name has expired, the site isn't working now :/

    안녕하세요! I enjoy how you express yourself in Korean and explain how to speak it. Do you have any recommendations for starting to personally express yourself in Korean. I’d really appreciate it. 감사합니다 🙏🏼
