Read the fault codes. Maybe that will help you. I am not sure but I think if it is the steering lock module you will have a fault code there
Where did you get the microswitch ? Part number and link please.. Got the same problem.. Radio wont turn of and I cant lock my car..but if I put in the key hard fast and out fast radio goes out and I can lock my car with my key

Sehr schöne Anleitung, bisher immer ersetzt die Dinger bei dem Fehler. Aber woher bekommt man die passenden Mikroschalter einzeln ?

Beim A6 4f kann es ja für das Problem zwei Ursachen geben. Zündschloss und Lenksäulensteuergerät. Können Sie das Lenksäulensteuergerät auch reparieren?
Für das Lenkradschloss gibt es ein Reparatursatz. Ein Relais und 3 Taster. Das habe ich noch nicht gemacht.

I have no fault Code at all.. but when i put in key and turn to full ignition, nothing happens at all.. no lights coming on, as if im doing nothing..
Can it still be the same part failing?
I think it is the ignition switch. Because if it is the steering lock, there should be a fault code
Had the same problem.. No eooro code..Steering lock is the common problem. I cut one wire on it so now it does not lock but car comes on. Problem inside the steering lock module

@@schluesseldienst_muzler_de4067 ich hab getauscht und jetzt starten nicht mehr lenkrad kann mann nicht mehr drehen und der schießt nur die türe und macht auf aber kein kontakt kein strom nix
@@teodoraalijevski1235 Wahrscheinlich ist die elektronische Lenkradverriegelung defekt. Diese Autos haben dieses Problem öfters.
@@schluesseldienst_muzler_de4067 ja aber der war alles okey der auto nur nimmt der weiter Strom und verbrauchte weiter batterie und hab dannach gemach wie auf der ihre video steht und hab ich zündschloss rhein getannt hat nur ein mall Geräusch gemach lenkrad blokiert und der wollte nix mehr kommt kein kontakt mehr

These cars have two similar problems. 1 Ignition lock 2 Steering wheel lock (I haven't done that yet).
