It would be really rare, because the 3 tone sirene unfortunately is forbidden now in The Netherlands. So none of these vehicles are still in service nor the sirens.
Ambulances switched to 2 tone sirens because cars keep getting isolated better. They think the 2 tone is more effective with more modern cars on the road.
