okay you were 100% right about them being able to fix their own problems, and i saw that as well, I just didn’t have as good a way to say it lol but it’s very interesting that agatha was helping everyone to be able to get over their greatest fears and get whatever it os they needed from the road without it coming from the road at all…and that made a lot of sense on its own but agatha knowing that the road was fake and just playing along for whatever reason, idk if it was like she just wanted to not die during the trials so she was trying to use her brain and think of a way out which was through the other witches, or it was like she didn’t want to disappoint billy so she was fully trying to have his version of the road be fulfilled
Yeah, in hindsight her motivations once they’re actually on the road are a bit unclear. There is a bit of her still wanting to figure out a way to still steal the other witches’ powers but also Billy is growing on her and she wants to protect him from Rio
My first theory is that Agatha HAS made it to the end, at the end is Mephisto or death, like you said, and he will grant a wish, but at a cost, and he doensn't say what that cost is. For Agatha she asked for the dark hold, the cost was the life of her son. I think she didn't know that was what the cost would be tho. My Second theory is that this isn't the real road, which is why Agatha doesn't recognize it. It was created by Teen/Billy but he doesn't know he created it. The door didn't appear till he came down the stairs, he found most of the trial starters, things from his life are in the trials, Agatha said something about he is a true Maximoff because everything was so dramatic.
@@CaitLumos Was talking to a co-worker today and also, to go along with the first theory, and really both could be true, but to go along with the first theory, the coven that went with her was her first coven, and they all survived the road, but she is the last surviving member of that coven. She had asked for the dark hold, her son died because of it. And that is why they were going to kill Agatha.
