Quick question: how can I replace the wires? It seems like whatever bulb I install, flickers; and the other bulb doesn’t illuminate at all. I think it may be a wiring issue, am I correct? I’m a novice when it comes to these things. I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you for your help!

Just a FYI to take out the clip you'll pull out the inner circle first to pull whole thing out. Then same to place
