is it me or did they make Megamix less bright than Megamix

I already preferred the 2d style of Megamix (I always thought FT looked uncanny) so this is an even bigger step-up since it clashes less with the lighting. F, F2nd and XHD Supremacy tho, those games are still peak Diva style imo.

The highlights for the OG MM were bright as hell and destroyed all the colours. MM+ had the gamma set a bit lower + fixed the skin shading. It's an updated version of toon as the OG MM used the similar method as Two-Faced Lovers.
Honestly, MM+ made me love toon shader. It's *_the_* definitive look I suppose SEGA was originally aiming for.

honestly? good. original megamix looked ugly as hell, and this is a step in making that terrible toon shader look slightly better. adding in this random shader for songs with environments that didn't have it in mind was a terrible move, I really hope they go back to the X HD style, that shit was peak diva aesthetic
