    Hello Dave..... Thank you for your explanation on this.
    Also, I've been listening to several people over time, and they all talk about Charles Spurgeon.
    A man after God's own heart.

    Do you think it’s possible that Adam & Eva had children before Cain?

    • @johnpolion3885
      @johnpolion3885 3 месяца назад +1

      Yes, the Bible does not say Cain and Abel were the first 2 children born to Adam and Eve. Though it may be true it may also be untrue. Either way is adding to God's Word. The point is, while it does not matter if these were or were not the first two children, the Word doesn't state either way; we must pray for mercy upon those who add to the Word here, either way......personally I hold to the OPINION that these were not the first two....but I remain humble enough to KNOW that my opinion is worthless at best and sinful if I press it into a divisive doctrine. Your point is rightly made that God's Word is silent regarding this matter. We must respect God's Word by not adding to or removing from His Word.

    Why wouldn't cain bring a suitable offer? I am sure he knew better. That's why i believe in the "SERPENT SEED" idea.

      You say Cain knew better. People today do as Cain did, people give unto God, whatever and say here Lord take this...they come to God, only when trouble arises, they don't want a relationship with God, until they need something, they not humble before God, they repent without a contrite heart, people of today is no different than Cain, they don't care and expect God to except it.

    Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and strive to live up to it.

      Harry potter is a fictional book
      The Bible has historical events that can be proven.
      Different authors telling the same story in over 1500 years about the same person that has no contradictions. What kind of lie is that.
      All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
