imagine being so rich you live in a mansion like this. And then rats just fucking destroy your house, keep you up at night and eventually burn your house down. GOD!You guys are amazing
US cottonwood rat, aka Sigmodon, native to North and Central America. Commonly found in a variety of habitat, including grasslands, marshes, and agricultural areas. Known for large size, adults typically measuring around 9-13 inches (23-33 cm) in length, excluding tail. Relatively large ears and tails compared to other rats. Herbivorous, feeding primarily on vegetation such as grasses, seeds, and fruits.
Hi guys , OMG that was amazing of how u yet again narrowed it down and found there entry point, u have such a professional skill of never giving up and always thinking of the customer first , plse may I also add I bought 2 x of ur traps with the bases and camera mount from across the pond in the UK, kept having rats coming round the back of my house looking for food, put ur traps out and within 24 x hours caught 2 x rats , after that they’ve not been any , I must have spent $100 bucks in other traps etc to no avail, those yellow trap hoods are a game changer , wished to send an enormous thks to both of u for designing them as now the rats know the twins have crossed the pond so look out, lol , bless u and the team , stay safe and well and always look forward to ur videos , Gary
Gary, what a great testimony! We truly appreciate your time to share. As you stated, we spent years using all The junk on the market that causes us so much grief, so much wasted time and losing rats consistently. Now with our trapping system is extraordinary! We catch everything. Cheers 🍻
@@TwinHomeExperts hi, ur so welcome and is justly deserved , use to be a plumber / boiler engineer here in the uk but now retired , I remember also seeing the massive amount of damage that they can do along with the mental stress to customers , so ur traps are a bargain considering the design and thought that’s gone into them , was in awe seeing ur latest traps that can be placed onto the sewers, hats off to both of u for the extremely clever design , indeed a game changer , another great video was with the mink man and there dogs , never seen so many rats in one place in all my life , huge eye opener , thks again for showing us a small insight on behind the scenes so to speak of ur rat catching , I always look forward to seeing a new video each week, really makes my day , would be awesome if u ever read out some of the comments on ur channel plse , or even if a name was mentioned on a video and many others , stay safe and well and massive thks once again for all that ur doing
I’ve watched a ton of your videos and have learned so many tricks and where to look for exclusion purposes. Unfortunately I had a head injury when I was 18 and can’t smell like normal people so the “sniff” test doesn’t work for me. (Though I did see the grease marks and chewing at the top! )But our fruit trees attract a LOT of rats, and we were done with that! We are renters, so can’t make changes to the house. I decided on war from the exterior. Forcing them to the front is the best advice ever (even though none of them escaped from the sides before I implemented the 1/4” screen on the rear, tops, and sides of the traps) I’ve gotten 13 of them in less than 45 days. Most of them are the night of the day I set the trap. I use “Koro” traps because of their sheer power and quickness (half the distance for the bar to travel and way more tension than the standard trap). I understand you want to make them more economically feasible so congrats on your great invention and wish you great success helping others eliminate these pests! I am using everything you guys have taught me to eliminate these pests and I always suggest they go watch your serious and often quite comical videos! The main reason I kept watching was a video from a few years ago that had me absolutely busting up with your add in videos! Keep up the great work and I will keep recommending your channel to everyone I know that has a rodent problem!
Lol, as soon as I saw the roof I said to myself “there’s the rat walkway.” And I was right. If I was a pestcontroller I’ld watch you guys. It made me more of an expert than the other companies those people hired.
Wow, great job! Tip for the t-Rex trap, you can adjust the sensitivity on them by holding down on the back so you don’t set it off on your fingers, then when doing that, lightly tap the trigger pad til it looks or feels like a hair trigger.
Yous are an inspiration to me I work for the biggest pest control company worldwide and I love what I do but what yous do is what I plan on doing the love for this shit is real
It looks like those metal standing-seam roofs have dangerous, rat-wise, voids. You guys might have to invent a rat-alarm that goes off with intrusion into those ridge voids, or? Good thought on the fatty bird food for bait. I must be a rat, because you guys always slay me, especially your moves with the rat-dance partners. And congrat's on all of the clean head-shots in the Twin-traps. Cheers.
I love watching this stuff. You guys are amazing humans and a massive house but if anybody can get the job done, long-term solve the problem… It’s my Homies right here.💯🔥🔥
Twinnnsssss!!!!!!! You guys need to open operations here on the east coast!!! Need you guys here!! Even a twin approved company that you guys train I would be happy if you guys aren’t able to make it.
That’s true, also the variety of fruit trees available on ground level, and the amount of hiding places around the house just made them love life in that property.
A metal roof lasts about 40 to 50 years, but not 99 years, and warranties are probably closer to 20 years. Removing the ridge cap and putting it back on, rather than replacing it will likely lower its lifespan a bit. How do you think the roofing company would respond?
@@ChristianWagner888 Metal roofing company I worked for would have insisted on its own employees inspect entire roof and employees replace cap. We gave a 99 year warranty because " Lifetime " wasn't allowed by state.

Hi Angel, we don’t really use foam for exclusion work, we use it to stop air flow between the structures, preventing rats from wanting to chew through.

man, it took calling you guys to find all that rat poop?!...the heck were the other companies doing?!?! good job guys!
One I had all they did was put bait down costed me 80 quid they don't do alot make excuses 😂
The other company was probably saying oh, we don’t want to be liable for any potential damage.
They leech, not solve.
It is amazing that these super high end expensive mansions are so vulnerable to rat invasions due to poor construction.
Homes in the USA are built to allow rats to get right in. 😏

How long did it take for you to say “no more rats in the mansion”?
We monitor for almost 20 days. But after 4 days after catching the 2 rats inside the ceiling, we knew that was it.
Man, if I could only afford to hire you!
It be awesome to see Jim and Dave do the rat dance together one day. Like a side by side rat dance. That would be Epic 💯💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Seven pest control companies……WOW. Clearly to rodents were using the tree branches to gain access to the roof and I work for a pest control company.

Wow, I can't imagine having a home that nice.... and then having it infested with rats! Beautiful house. I'm sure they're thankful for you guys!
Did you contact the roofing company before removing the ridge cap? Didn't that removal void a 99yr warranty?

WHERE was the entry point? Where the trees touched the lower roof corner??

does anyone know the rat dance song at the end of the video?
