Your work and lack of cocky attitude has really impressed me, especially on these boosted cars! I have no idea how your pricing is, but if more reasonable and you keep these fire videos coming, you're going to kill it in the future! I will be inquiring about a NA C6Z build soon... BTW, this car is screaming for a PPG sequential and 15" tire conversion!
Nice vid Steve, glad to see you back. Keep it regular and this channel will pass RPM with a quickness. I can’t even watch that channel anymore without you
Maaaaaan I've been waiting on the next vid. Was wondering when it was coming. This is a sick build, she's at good pwr now. But with bigger headers and the porting on the blower. I wouldn't want to drive it on the street. Better get some weights & cables for that LMP banner on the wall behind the dyno. All that HP is going to send it flying after a while.
2650 with a 427 >pro charger This is the set up I’m going for … with all due respect everyone and there mother has a pro charger I appreciate the 2650 set ups !!!
There is gonna be a couple crazy power making cars in Texas this year! This guy goes to Texas take Steve and his camera in passenger seat! Look for black C7 LS turbo build…. Another very SICK Vette!
Have you ever thought about suggesting a customer commission a custom set of corvette headers that feature a 8 into 1 collector going to a single Merci style center exit tip. I dont think I have to tell you how glorious it would sound but if your weren't sure type "8-1 headers" in the search tab. 👌
Depends on fuel, depends on boost, timing, cam, the whole combo really. We've done very reliable 1,000whp LS9 ZR1's and have seen 800-900 whp cars blow to pieces. There are too many factors to say an overall power limit.
@@LateModelPerformance Thanks for the quick reply. My plan is to run pump 94oct plus water meth. I want to push the car as far as I can with stock heads and blower keeping it somewhat cost affective. I’ll run the biggest cam that I can. Swap out upper and lower pulleys to up the boost as much as possible without belt slip. Full exhaust. Intake. Throttle body. I’m not against porting the stock blower and adding better cooling bricks / ice tank. In your experience do you think I will fall short of the 1000whp? Probably end up closer to 900whp with relatively conservative tuning / not running max ignition timing?
We wouldn’t push a stock ls9 stock blower to 1,000 whp on pump gas 93/94 even with meth. It would need E. What you’re goals are is fairly max effort, you won’t do it on stock heads, non ported blower etc.
Yes there still is, the power still goes through the power train to the wheels. It is not an engine dyno that is the only way to get a crank HP number.
so alec since thats a new motor and you dyno the vehicle very impressive build on the zr1 but the motor is new and tuned, but do you have to break in this motor atleast 500 miles before racing? may be a retarded question but i just wanted to ask
Im no dyno expert by anymeans just know they are used to measure hp. Im just curious if this is a better dyno set up than the one you keep your wheels on.
For high horsepower stuff yes and we can trans tune and simulate 1/8th mile 1/4 mile runs without worrying about wheel spin. So in our opinion yes it is the better option
None of our videos are a "re-post" we might put a quick preview in the beginning as a refresher of what happened last time for people who didn't watch or remember the previous video, but that's it.
Yes is good the job one prepa. Motors is obligé one ordinateur the + avance the + injection just one motors big bomb is obliger the préparation the motors good job boys look the EMS motorssport is numbers one the prepare one cars soo good just in Europe is no légal 1000 hoseepower just one motors the stage 3 is just legal the coops

Thanks man! I appreciate that!
LMP is out here putting RPM to shame!! 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
You guys do some crazy builds! Steve get recording so we can get more videos regularly! Great job guys!
2650 doing work for me, I’d imagine on a 427 it’s gotta be beast mode! 💪💪
LMP you guys do some sick builds and awesome content keep it up !
WOW that C6 ZR1 is nice, the truck is impressive. Loved the video, keep it up. Thanks for sharing.

glad Steve is back
Cant wait to see this thing complete, already gnarly as hell
Man i dont comment much but I love you guys work if I had money I would give u the checkbook keep it up
That squarebody is super nice.
You can tell by how fast that vet revs, it's easily 950+ to the ears.
I have heard all kinds on the Dyno, faster rev, more power.
So excited to hear you guys are doing your own ice boxes! Hope I get the chance to pick one up
ZR1 is straight 🔥🔥🔥. Amazing work as always!
Absolute monster with that Zr1 😤😤😤
Dam thats bad ass .you can hear the power.it sounds so bad ass.
What a monster great work 👍
What’s the limit on a stock blower zr1 / ls9?
I plan on building one and my goal is to be just over 1000whp daily driver.

Use a bar to put the bigger tires on. Lifted truck tricks.
Which F310 heads are those on the 427?
And where did you order the block from.
How much is this setup and can i use this setup in my trailblazer ss 2007?
holy shit. that thing makes some power
I need to bring my c6 zr1 to you guys
You can still port a 2650 king blower
Do you recommend adding a dsx auxiliary fuel pump when porting stock blower and 103 TB . Or will the stock fuel pump handle it on zr1
Depends on the fuel, depends if it has meth etc. Too many factors
What pulley combo would you go with on a lsx427 9.5:1 with a kong 2650
That’s insane 😍🔥
Does the 427 have the same power band as the stock 388? Cuz the gearing is amazing on the ls9
I would imagine tq is up at least 50 ft lb
For mie yes the motors is the big bomb just the cars one camaro z28 the 84 +the motors is the formule sooo good one slippeur soo good no
The camera guy… Is it the guy from RPM? sounds like him
Is there powertrain loss on this type of dyno or because of the type of dyno it is? No % loss?
Yes there still is, the power still goes through the power train to the wheels. It is not an engine dyno that is the only way to get a crank HP number.
I feel sorry for the tires that get put on that ZR1
I'm a LS newbie. Can someone tell me what that was that was fogging up the passenger side windshield during the dyno pulls
We mention it in the video
Nice
Is the dyno still for sale?
It is sold and we already have the new one.
I love it! I literally have this same plan!! Jus tweaked a bit
so alec since thats a new motor and you dyno the vehicle very impressive build on the zr1 but the motor is new and tuned, but do you have to break in this motor atleast 500 miles before racing? may be a retarded question but i just wanted to ask
The best way to break in an engine like this is on the dyno. Perfectly fine, yes after 500 miles the oil will needed to be changed but that’s it.
🔥🔥

Nice. I wonder what it would make through an automatic trans and cats..
F a hellcat
💯🙌🙌🙌
The chassis is beautiful
I just can’t wrap my head around those wheels……
It’s no different than dropping the ass of your truck on purpose.
What kind of exhaust is that?
Can someone please let me know the zr1 has an aftermarket engine in it correct this is not the ls9 ?
Yes we talk about it in the video and the title states what it has - an LSR 427
Was this on pump e85?
Drum brakes on a truck with that much power and weight. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
