I appreciate that Pedro will sell his books for less than he paid for, he’s self aware of how prices can rise and fall almost daily, sadly a lot of sellers refuse to sell books for the less than what they pay for even if prices on their books plummet 😂
Last sold does not dictate price of a comic book. It is always what the price is going for on the market, currently. How else would prices rise? Heritage Auction is not the best "last sold" price to go by anyway. As auctions tend to sell books well below FMV. There is only one copy in a CGC 5.0 priced at $6,495 on eBay right now.

They are closet Racks from Home Depot. They are screwed into the wall with a Metal L brackets behind so the books dont fall over.
