Rush hour: Morning and evening rush hours (7-9 am and 4-7 pm) are the worst times to be on the road. 2. Major intersections: Areas like Plaza España, Plaza del Estado, Zona Viva in zone 10, Zone 14, Zone 15, Zone 16 Kayala. and the intersection of Avenida La Reforma and Avenida Las Américas are notorious for traffic jams. 3. Construction zones: Ongoing construction and roadwork can cause delays and detours. 4. Peak shopping hours: Shopping districts like Zona Viva and Tikal Futura can get congested during peak shopping hours. 5. Special events: Events like festivals, parades, and sports games can attract large crowds and cause traffic congestion.
