Unique perk combos:
Dune Tagma -Med Chest piece - Keen (weapon perk)
Sandlion Tarsons - Heavy footwear -Keen speed (weapon perk)
Silken Litham - Light headwear - Savior healing perk
Silken Cocoon - Light Chest wear - Keen

Most of the armors with weapon perks would be inactive as it has been in the past for example the sandworm headpiece with the healing weapon per. The only one that might work is keen because it isn't exclusively a weapon perk and can be on jewelery

I have a 600 GS heavy chest piece that has an opal that has the same perk as an opal slotted in a weapon. The damage increase while Stam not at 100% works on the armor and stacks with an opal in your weapon.

my buddy came up with the conculssion that, lets say, what IF desperate empower is not about stamina exhaustion but Exhaustion as a debuff which is caused flail,hammer,backstabb exploitation , all these cause stamina regeneration exhaustion.
wouldnt that be interesting?

The heavy helm is pointless for point play, there are very different perks that benefits a point player way more, % increase to a zdps is still zdps.
