I will have to admit watching this episode and the one where they are tied to the spinning wheels. Though watching Robin revolving on that BBQ spit was a turn on for me. I'm guessing Robin was secured first. We can see Batman struggling a bit in the very beginning as the henchmen tie him. He must have put a good fight but not good enough. Which is a good thing because he looks best when tied up.
