so how come the map has the coordinates on the side when you put it into arcgis ? i thought it did not have any saptial information
It's one out of the two cases that has been explained in the video.
Scenario 1: Georeferencing a map when no coordinate information is stated on the map
Scenario 2: Georeferencing a map that has got some coordinate information stated on it
@@geodeltalabs yeah i got that, but when you first showed the map it did nor have the coordinates. when you put it into argis, it did. and the correct ones also.
what would you have done if you had no shape file that contained the spatial information ?
