Probably an idiotic thought I'm about to submit but that's not going to stop me. I get Stacking, especially in the context of competing against thousands of lineups. Maximizing W15-W17 spike stacks and creating roster differentiation makes conventional sense (though I find Game Stacks a bit questionable). My Managed league draft was fresh in my mind today as I adjusted my Best Ball rankings for a few final drafts. I found myself moving players up the rankings for reasons that are questionable: "don't get behind at WR", "move TE7 ahead of TE5 to set up a stack", "move coveted Player X down 7 spots because drafting players +6 spots ahead of ADP is mistake"... Here's a question. If all of the Sharps are drafting with the same Stack mentality, then could deviating from this approach be the best way to build a unique roster? I think I'm going to try the antithesis of a Galaxy Brain strategy next draft. Not a complete list of concepts I'm considering, but here's a bit of the plan. 1) players on bad teams auditioning for next year during W15-W17 2) all domes or warmer weather 3) don't be afraid to draft one of "my guys" a full round ahead of ADP 4) youth over veterans (they tend to go in opposite directions as the season progresses) 5) stacking only in the context of the 4 points I just mentioned
How does everyone feel about Dowdle now with the Cook signing? He’s been one of my most drafted guys in BB and I landed him in my first two redraft drafts as well
I think the biggest risk is that they go for a committee approach, but if they're committed to Dowdle as the #1 then I think Cook will mostly eat into Zeke's share
My draft last night I got hurts at pick 54. Naked hurts but I couldn't pass it up. That team I have a Debo, aiyuk, kittle, Purdy with a laporta bring back. Lol
My wife, who doesn't watch football, knows who Drake Maye (20+% cough cough I am sick) is -- and I don't not have Pat and Sacrilegious to thank for the bags under my eyes from sleepless nights of whether he'll start >10 games
With 2000-2400 teams don’t you almost have to take 1st in a tournament. If a small contest you still might not break even. If he started on Feb 1st that is 2100 in ~210 days easy math average 10 drafts a day… every day for 7 months. Wow! 👀
Having 22% dowdle makes me feel validated when sackreligious has more.. we're both cowboys fans we know who's clearly better in that backfield and its not close
It’s not even fair 😭😭😭. Every time I see him or Shaidt advice I just want to curl up in the corner and cry… until I find myself in a draft with Kitchen 😏 😂. I joke, much love Kitchen!
Context in fantasy is EVERYTHING 🤯 in massive best ball tournaments, the only way you win is if your team is different than what everyone else is doing AND outscores everyone else. Hence Patriots stack, no Mahomes 🍗 the kid home league you play in with your allowance money just so you can make 50 trades per season has a totally different strategy 🤯
@teecee4459 not at all , you only really need like 1 or 2 out of pocket guys to be variant enough to win. Don't need to become medicore trying to be "different". Best available always.
final best ball live streams on friday & tuesday on the pete overzet channel: www.youtube.com/@PeterOverzet
showing this to my wife to let her know my volume is actually normal
lololol
I just hit 425 and was starting to question how sick I am. Good to know I have room to grow.
S/o the producer for putting the Randall Weems meme for Pete’s request.
🤣🤣🤣
buck nailed it
Just stashed Keaton Mitchell in my redraft IR spot. Great tip!
oooo thats sneaky
Awesome stuff. Hilarious that Pat was in the draft.
can't escape him
Great video and awesome work Gents ❤ 💯
🙌
So Sack just drafts all of Pats favorite players lol. Great listen fellas👍🏿👍🏿
or does pat draft all of sack's 🤔🤔🤔
@@DepositKingdom didn't think about it that way, lol.
Love the team stack with RB (particularly Titans, Broncos, Pats)
spears w levis is always so fun
This whole thing is sacrilegious!
i see what u did there

ya the best ball and managed differences are massive on this stuff, all the week 17 optimization obsession is unique to massive, top heavy tournaments
You don’t win by copying everyone else
When are you starting a fitness account Pete? Your delts and traps are poppin
when ppl stop clicking these videos
Lol the evil Pat graphic 😂😂
Pete do you personally like Demario Douglas, especially on a site like underdog? Hard for me to see it
not really, he serves a purpose if i have a ton of rookie wrs or a thin wr room but not my favorite either
man needs to win 1.5m to break even on this volume lol
lol
Dalvin Cook just signed with the cowboys 💀
that's v good news haha. perine was the scary one
Cook was so bad last season with the Jets. He was running with ankle weights.
How does everyone feel about Dowdle now with the Cook signing?

Not worried at all, he's likely just rotational depth
i think u should celebrate it

thats great value
What if you have to have 2 RB play every week?
what if
My wife, who doesn't watch football, knows who Drake Maye (20+% cough cough I am sick) is -- and I don't not have Pat and Sacrilegious to thank for the bags under my eyes from sleepless nights of whether he'll start >10 games
you survived (so far)
Turns out Mitchell's injury was 3 ligament with cartilage damage because you can't trust any Harbaugh injury updates.
ya that was a brutal update after recording
@@DepositKingdom yeah I assumed this was recorded before that news came out
refuse to believe pat’s drake maye exposure is under 50% lol
seems hard to believe

nah, the math is still way against you

hahahahahahahahahaha
🔥🔥🔥
😎
Wow makes my 650 look like nothing
get those numbers up
White in the 6th rd in 12 team is a gift
🤝
White past 50 period is a gift if we talking Rachad
keep in mind last year's BBM winner did like 6 total drafts and his 2nd one won.
Not true Ameen maxed out bbm
that is not true. he had 150 entries
@@DepositKingdom I don't know why I misheard that on one of his interviews.
Tim patrick still on broncos?
nope
Funny how I draft a lot with these “experts” and still am advancing 1/3 - 1/4 teams in every league im in across 2 years with over a 1k team sample
what is funny about this
@@DepositKingdom because I’m not an expert
the kerrane emoji lol
He has the same laugh as Kerrane
leg up synergy
Im currently in three slow drafts with sackreligious 😭
stay sharp

I’m in a few as well. Was in a few Slows Puppies with Davis as well.
Pete has avoided my wrath
Last year Houston and Carolina’s offense was cheap. Carolina and pats are cheap this year. I’ll take em both
i dig it
6 of 12 auto-drafts,hero has 2 autos on both sides.
sayy what
HOW MANY?!
i think it's it in the title ill double check
😂😂😂
Why do people like Flowers over Rice?
mainly bc of adp anchoring and suspension risk but agree he would go ahead of him otherwise
lol dailyrojo 🐐
How? When the cap is 150? Colluding is real 😂
150 in this contest, many other contests lol
@DepositKingdom I aint seeing 2000 lmao
The think is Mitchell’s knee injury was not clean and simple
Yeah, unfortunately we recorded this a day or two before that information came out.
ya not ideal
Sac doesn't know Jalen Tolbert!?
who
Who cares how many drafts you’ve done. That means nothing. Winning is what matters
it seems like you care
Grass? Never heard of her.
the touch of a woman nor the touch of grass will ever be felt
Over 2000?!
sick behavior
Anddddd Dalvin cook to the cowboys lol
trust me, thats good
@@DepositKingdom pete i trust you, but why is that good? (for rico)
aren't ya worried
TERRIFIED
He seems to skinny to have that many drafts lol
💀
Quantity doesn't equal quality,
nor does it mean it doesn't equal it
Tim Patrick Denver stack didn't age well
short lived
This video didn’t age well dalvin cook just signed with cowboys
I don't think anyone is worried about dusty old Dalvin Cook
You saw what he did for Breece last year, right?
it aged very well
Wow this guys name really? Not watching he prob a you know what too
the lord is upset
bro has 2% mahomes and is a "whiz"
Mahomes is a shit pick in fantasy almost every year. Stroud has the same upside, better receivers, goes 30 picks later
you want to compare your lifetime fantasy winnings w him rondo lol?
Found Davis’ burner
