I thought it was shareware only. I played version 1.3 from 2003 to 2006 at one school. Then I had a hiatus until 2010 when I downloaded it for my Mac computers. I didn't know there was a version from 1993.
thank you very much, i can now play again on my iMac :) , do you know where can i find a code to register it and have all the options available? thanks again
There is a video of gameplay of PacMac! 1.1 on The Rarest Gamer's channel.Though the ghosts don't have animations except for the vunerable state, and PacMan (or Mac) looks more like the pacman arcade sprite with eyes, and no level editor as far as i know.
@@fran5678can Lmfao I remember that! I'm not sure what happened to the file when I uploaded it at that time, but that same file still works on my iMac G3 on Mac OS 9 to this day. Maybe it was messed up because I uploaded onto the site from Mac OS 9? lol
@@fran5678can I downloaded the file from the original Dappsoft website in late 2010 shortly before it shut down for good. I uploaded it on Mac Garden in 2012 using Classilla 9.3.0 and then it was deleted shortly after. This was all done using my Ruby iMac G3 with Mac OS 9.2.2. My file never broke and I unlocked the full version with the purchase code I found online. I used to make my own mazes and everything. Lots of fun. I recognize your last name too! :)
I played this as a child, thanks for uploading.
I used to play this game for hours on the iMac when i was a kid. Good Stuff!
0:26 *I FEEL GOOD*
I like how most of the sounds were from "Good Morning Vietnam". XD

Okay, listen to 2:04, and then listen to "Nobody Home" by Pink Floyd at exactly 3:02. Did anyone else notice it?
Pink Floyd - Nobody Home
Dude, you're right! Great find.
The music when a fruit appears is cool
I DID NOT NAME MYSELF AFTER THIS GAME I SWEAR
I did not actually download it. This is the same version i played as a kid. Probably got it from some kind of magazine CD bundle back in the day.
What was the music playing on the loading screen? I heard it before on a Mac knockoff of Tetris.
It's called "UralVolga". Find it on RUclips: /watch?v=Fp9FRQiH_0A

Cool! I might have played PacMac! in 2003. Version 1.0 is probably from 1995 or 1994. Will you make a video of PacMac?
You actually know about PacMac Deluxe?! I don't think the download exists anymore. I made a video of it too.
Can anyone explain why so many PAC-MAN parody games replace Clyde with Funky?
Ffffff I miss this game!
